Worst service. Received defective AC unit of Havells Lloyd. It’s not cooling the room. Even after 1 month neither they are replacing nor they are able to resolve the issue. Do proper research before buying the product as salesman will try to boast about the product as per their stock. Also, their technicians are pathetic with no knowledge. Waste of money. Better to go to Aditya Vision or Reliance Digital.

Very bad customer service. Never purchase anything from this shop. We have purchased Sony LED TV and converted into EMI and seven hundred per months hidden charges taken by this shop in the name of Insurance with EMI. At the time of purchasing never tell about insurance. When we visit great eastern they treat us very badly and staff behaviour is very bad. My suggestion for everyone never purchase anything from Great Eastern trading co.

Price is good! Beware sometimes they will give you old display products instead of new one!

Worst place...they will make you fool and sell old models of electronics items...they have hidden prices which they will tell you only after you finalise...people working there are goon n cheats...go for aditya vision..they sell latest models and great eastern knows to fool people ...u will have to see everything deeply in catalogue book befor making any purchase the manufacture date n model no. ..great eastern sells rotten goods...worst customer service..the behaviour of employees are awful..

i would like to highlight issue in LG split AC which was taken on 2018 Mar from Great Eastern Bhagalpur . In may 2018 gas was leakage , Milan came and filled gas and i paid him , after 2 month gas was leaked once again , He came and changes the condenser and gas was refilled. So i paid for condenser this time . After cold season ,when we started ac in mar 2019 , it was not cooling , Due to their pathetic service , we have contacted one more guys , he filled the gas once again and he took 2500, when i contact him he told , he will return money, after many call he not returned money. Finally Parvej/Mutari came from LG ,they convenience me to fill gas and it will OK . They filled gas and took 3300 , after 40 days , it was not cooling properly , when after many contact Mutari came to see , he told he was not able to find what is the issue .LG service center is ready to check issue on 29 August 2019. LG service center repaired ac and fit to my room ,and they took around 6000,after 15 day ac was not cooking . Now they are asking to changes some part , which will cost around 3500. Gents, see the pain of a customer , i spend around 19000 on gas filling and repair on AC which i took before 18 month back . Be careful while buying items from these types of shops.

Have a lots of option for large home appliances. It will be good if the franchise also has in the store other than only the big brands...Staffs are knowledgeable...Only thing I would suggest do compare prices of the items at other place also before buying products here.
