Service is really poor. Although I have been to many Reliance Trend till now but I have never experienced such worst service. Apparels are of good quality but the moment I think of it's SLOW and RUDE staff, I look for better options.

Staffs are rude. First they should know how to treat with customers.There is a huge difference between Varanasi's Trends staff(good service staff, they know how to treat customers) and Bhagalpur stores staff. Lack of knowledge, staff service is so poor. Staff must ge changed.

It's a good place. But the staffs lack knowledge in policy. Did a purchase of 13k and got Safari trolly as free gift which has 5 years international warranty. Staffs were not ready to seal the warranty card of Safari trolly with date of purchase. Finally we made them understand the importance of seal and we got it seal with the help of floor manager.

I personally love to do shopping here for its fabric. You an easily find your brand here. You will find each and every dresses in every sizes possible and multiple in number. And yes the staffs are also well behaved

Majority of Clothes were branded... personally i felt that price was little bit high 10-20% compared to other shopping malls...staff behaviours were good... overall happy experience must visit once with....👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

Location is good, well maintained store with good range of collection for each segment but the only thing which makes me think to shop here is the payment que , you will always find people in line.

It's really great shopping place for everyone. Few items are overpriced otherwise u will find everything at a very reasonable price. Very good staffs , cleanness etc.

The sales persons are so unprofessional especially those who are at the billing counter. They don't even have basic communication skills and are very poor at explaining things. Poor experience to sum it up!!

Store is spread across three floors. The floors are rather congested I'd say, More than 10 people and the place would be crowded as hell, But that is the are they've got so can't do anything about it. From Store salesperson to Manager, all seems professional and will provide assistance when needed. The return process is also hassle free, I've done it once and the process was smooth. You get store credit for future purchases. I do like Trends' collection. They have clothes in all ranges and the quality shines too. Reliance most of the times has some or the other offer going on. They've got only 3 cashier booth which gets crowded easily. There is a dedicated roadside parking for the building for two wheelers. People travelling on four wheelers just park is on the side of the road.

Located at a very accessible place and has a good variety of clothes to explore.

Trends bhagalpur mall your staff is too much greedy .A staff boy was charging 10rs from each and every customer for parking bike. Plz improve your service

Bad experience today.They were collecting bike/scooty parking charge forcibly . Learn from nagar mall how to give service to customer shame on employees .
