Welcome KFC in my hometown Bhagalpur. A much awaited food chain outlet. It was an awesome experience with KFC, Bhagalpur, taste of the food was equally tasty as compared to metropolitan cities. Staff and manager were really polite and helpful. They were following the safety guidelines.

Bhagalpur KFC is the worst Restaurant at Bhagalpur, because in their manager and staf Giving fraud Review at the publicly, I'm explaining, When Zomato dilevery boy came at the restaurant then their manager and staf tell him anything about technical error so please give me your phone and when Zomato delivery boy give the phone when their staf Give a fraud Review at the Bhagalpur KFC regarding so please if you came at the restaurant seen her review then please don't visit this restaurant.

Quality of Food is great. Staff behaviour is appropriate and appreciable. Not so crowded, family-friendly environment.

Good place for chicken lovers. And kfc is kfc no comparison .

When i visit this kfc restaurant i think price of every dises is very low but when i enter then i see price of every food is too very high. For example price of one leg piece is ₹100 🍗 And price of one cup of ice cream 🍨 is ₹125. My bad experience I am never visite again.

I was thinking about food, thinking about meat, thinking about us, what we gonna eat, open my eyes, it was only KFC!!!!🍔🍗

Sorry to say but this is not the KFC I have visited in other cities. The food served is cold with no crispy and juicy feel. Don't know why they are not maintaining their standards. Wish they will improve their services in the near future and will let the customers know.

Good place for food and the taste is upto the mark.

For a KFC lover this place will always be hotspot even if the food quality is not at par, but for a food specific person like me this outlet lacks the soul of real KFC when talked about taste. There is plenty of space inside and good seating arrangement, housekeeping needs to be improved. Washroom and handwash area was not that clean and the hand drier machine was not working. We had placed order for chicken zinger burger combo and small bucket of Hot and Crispy chicken strips. I will rate 3 star for small bucket hot and crispy, they were not juicy inside plus marination wasn't done properly. Outer crisp was ok ok but overall taste was not that good. Burger was comparatively good but the bread was not that fresh, cream was not properly applied, although chicken crisp used in burger was good in taste, overall i will rate 3.5 for the burger. There were two pieces of chicken wings in the burger combo, they were also ok ok in taste, i will rate 3.5 for them too. Location of KFC is easy to be found plus they provide ample parking space for your vehicle although it is limited parking only for car. This KFC outlet is open till 11pm.

Although it's famous for non veg, yet we and my friend (non-veg) went there and ordered for veg meal it's too tasty, specially tikki is too crunchy and no oily. I fond of it nd recalling the memories of McDonalds. Don't go for dips

Crispy & tasty as always🤩...but Waiting time is too long😐

The food quality has increased however the staff behaviour is still pathetic. I ordered a dine-in through my app around 25 minutes before I reached there to save time but they had not started to prepare the items until I demonstrated my order ID at the counter. Also they kept talking to themselves even after I interrupted, at the end I had to shout at the top of my voice to grab their attention. Also they'd never have enough change to return so keep some change or preferably go for UPI. The old gatekeeper is polite, spare some change for him too.

Though The price is on the higher side for chicken obviously.......but one should try it for at least once if they can pay the amount easily otherwise it's better to eat somewhere elsewhere cost friendly,The fried chicken does taste good for first but we wouldn't be able to have more than 4 pieces . I recommend you try the burgers first And yeah chicken buckets are not filled with chicken legs..........It is a mix of various parts.😅

Kfc is such a big name but the service I found in this city was so poor.They served very cold dish which sends a bad imperssion.Many good items like chicken wings were not available in the peak time 7 pm when it should be.Even the online transaction was not smooth and they asked me transaction I'd to confirm the payment details.For running such a brand you need to be very professional and service oriented.People can come for 1 time but not again and again so try to improve your service.

The taste was literally finger licking good. The ambience was very children friendly. The staff was very polite and they was cooperating with my order of dining and take away mix.
