Good hotel for picnic conferencing meeting good view and lots of space

One of best resort types i have visited. It is amist the city but a very big property and lavish green plush area. If you want a get away weekend in and around ahmedabad do visit herw once. Clean swimming pool also. The food is very delicious and the seating arrangements are also very much maintained. If you want to have a romantic dinner do opt for swimming pool area sitting. You will love it

I would request any one booking hotel for the event to take care of following things: First the good things: 1. Banquet is good for a party of 300-350 pax. 2. Ambience of reception and banquet hall is good. 3. Lawn is good for a party of 400 to 1500 pax. 4. Check out time is 10.00 a.m., but we were given tme upto 2.00 p.m. for some rooms. 5. Car parking of 150 cars is good. Now, poor things list is endless, but I am writing only a few: 1. Though hotel charges are of 4 star hotel, service is of ZERO Class hotel, in some cases, worst than a decent Dharamshala. Charges for rooms shown on booking sites are misleading and even on bulk booking, we had to pay higher amounts. 2. There is no internet in the hotel rooms, which is a basic thing for younger generation 3. Though TV and set top box is in every room, there is no active connection. 4. We had booked 60 rooms for 2 days and 10 rooms for 2 days. First 2 day, I had to work like MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for the hotel for checking AC, Water supply, furniture quality, linens, towels in EACH and EVERY ROOM and had to run from pillar to post. 5. I had booked suit room for my daughter bride. I was told that room is ready. When she checked in at around 10.00 a.m., water was leaking from AC. The problem was sorted after 8 hour and she could move in at 6.00 p.m., though the management provided us deluxe room till then. 6. Towels provided in some rooms worn torn. 7. Extra beds provided were such that I would even not give to my maid, but my guest had to sleep on such DIRTY beds. 8. The hotel has 105 rooms, but there is no arrangement for drivers. 9. In room, morning TEA will be available ONLY AFTER 8.30 a.m., that too after calling reception, as room service number is not picked up. 10. Intercom sets were not working in more than 50% rooms. 11. Some of the staff were very rude. 12. There is NO SPOC and we had to deal with multiple people. 13. Though, we had around 70-80 guests , we were not provided any space for their lunch/dinner and we had to COUGH UP extra RS.35000.00 for dining space for 2 days. 14. Restaurent service is very poor, though quality of food is good. 15. Thogh the management is aware of electricity load issue, no generator is available. We had to arrange it urgently by paying Rs.25000.00 extra and ON OWN EFFORTS. 16. Car parking is for 150 cars, which may be inadequate looking to party plots and banquet capacity, in case two functions are going on at Sam time. The list is endless. The list is endless.

The Staff management is very poor, food service is worst as any Resort should provide. Amenities are good but if you don;t care about the staff service then you should not visit this, We went there for dinner and it was like a hell. most of the customers are fed up with their service and complaining about their services. they dont follow first in first serve policy and very poor management. I would give .5 STAR to their service and 3.5 stars for Amenities.

Good rooms in New Block......Service is Satisfactory.....Location is Great......Ample space for parking.....Good location for Pool party, Marriages, Family functions etc

Beautiful location for wedding arrangements. The staff is highly cooperative and polite. A bit on the expensive side, but worthwhile in terms of the location where it is located.

Old but very big property in the middle of Ahmedabad, Needs big maintenance, also needs more staff to manage guests If property managed, can be one of the better places

They give cold coco when asked for cold coffee, club sandwich was great but if the product is unavailable should not lie to customer.

Washroom tap are leaking and jam Room 10/8 Washroom 10/3

Went on business trip on Oct 9th/10th. Had a very deserted look. Rooms are in a different building and reception is in a different building. Wifi was not working in rooms, elevator not working, bathrooms had old and rusted fittings, taps leakage, property is not well maintained. Only price is better. I would not recommend this place as I feel for the same price better properties could be found

I have visited this place to attend the marriage ceremony , but observe that at the time of dulha come in resorts from barat at that time number of time power supply off & on for more than 10 to 15 times which is very strange, which will created a wrong impression

Food n swimming pool site restorant is just awesome... love all Italian and Punjabi food over here.. Good for one day vacation too..

Very nice place to stay with good facilities specially water filter and washing facility for the guest. Rooms are designed to stay comfortably.

Night marely all rooms are book till 1st march 2022, its little bit fussy must say. disappointed was keen to visit arya and enjoy stay and rooms are book till next year not even a single date available is un digest able for any one

I went there to celebrate my birthday with family. And this was a nice overall experience. The ambience is amazing, very pleasing to the eyes and a serene kind of atmosphere. It wasn't much crowded unlike other good hotels so that was a plus. The food was also great. And specifically I very much liked the Veg Kheema. I definitely recommend you all it's a must try. Apart from that there's ample of seating near the swimming pool so you can chill out with family or friends after dinner there. There's ample parking space which we take it for granted but we must take that too into consideration.

Extremely cool place. Amnesia has a great atmosphere to offer with classy outside sittings with exotic delicacies , swimming pool behind it, a huge tv screen nearby. A perfect place for small celebrations on group. Also a nice hangout place...you will in love with the arrangements and manu cars they have to offer you. Must visit place with friends and family both. You can chill out in sideby sofas after your meal with bollywood melodies continuously flying in air...i loved it when we celebrate my bday here...☺

Lousy hotel. Room is like lodge..untidy toilets. No person available in lobby. Hot water provided by bucket..overall very poor maintenance..I had to cancel booking..

Had to wait for 15 mins after check-in as there was no one at the reception to attend. The property is not well cleaned, including the room. Asked for gym access and the staff says it hasn’t been cleaned since long so not sure if you can access it. Worst experience. Waste of money.

They have a good space overall. Restaurant is good, pool is good. Rooms could be more maintained. Washroom was not good. Overall not value for money.

Worst experience ever. We booked online through MakeMyTrip. There was no one at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel. Whole hotel was empty. Zero staff was there. We cancelled the booking and left. Worst experience ever. No one should go.

Aarya grand has always been my favourite place, food and ambience wise, however there is lack of staffing and quick service.

Nice place for wedding, meeting but morning tea and break fast not available 😅kitchen is start after 10.

We have visited restaurant two years ago when quality was good and upto the mark. But recently we had planned one small event for 150 people in smirti banquet, where management was poor, AC was not working properly and banquet food was not upto the mark. Some lights in banquet was not working. They do not handwash area in banquet hall,which is disappointing. Decoration cost was high.

Extremely poor service. They ripped us off with the worst management staff who have no sense of looking after their guests. Old broken things inside room, with stained chairs, bare threaded towels, and limited utilities. Be prepared to fight for what you pay for. Never ever visiting them.

Poor service, water leaking in washrooms. Poorly maintained. Was an unpleasant stay

Insufficient staff. tea and coffee packets were expired before 1 year. Breakfast not available till 9 a.m. waiter knocked and woke us up for water at 1 a.m. so he can sleep at night. No hot water in the morning. Only good thing was food(which was delicious). No wifi in some rooms.

I have stayed for approx 40 days here. I received excellent hospitality from hotel management side. The hotel rooms, premises and bathrooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour with us was excellent. Apart from a relation of a customer and service provider, the manager advices pertaining to the ongoing bypass treatment of my father was very helpful in decision making at crucial position.
