Authentic 5-star hospitality. I've stayed at this property collectively over a month in the last six. The staff makes me feel incredibly welcome and uplifted. Their smiles and positive demeanor are genuine. This tells me they are treated well by Vivanta, and they are happy to be there. As a foreigner from the USA who's traveled the world, this by far is the best value and service I've experienced at this price point. The rooms and facilities may not be as luxurious as the Taj, but they surpass quality through unparalleled service and hospitality. Clean, comfortable, and secure Dining here is always a delight. The food is decadent, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets have an excellent rotating selection. If you have special dietary needs, they will make every effort to accommodate. The staff is extremely attentive to my needs, and even when I fell ill, I never felt alone and always safe. The location is central and safe with easy access to transfer anywhere in the city. Whenever in Ahmedabad, Vivanta will always be my home away from home. Bravo to the management 👏 job well done.

It's such a great experience here in Vivanta AMD. Whatever you request the staff are really cooperative and do their best to accommodate our request. Fast service. It's just far from the airport not their fault though. But overall a great experience.

We attended a conference in amaltas hall of Vivanta. Nice arrangements of tables and chairs. Basic stationary and water bottles provided on table. Food was really delicious. Space for dining was smaller and congested. Overall a good experience.

Although the property is far away from main ahemdabad area but once inside the property the staff and venue shall not make you feel anything less than the best 5* property. Though we were given the rooms late as there was some wedding guests in the hotel, that was a thing that needed to be improved. We were a group of 20+ guests and had requested rooms on the same floor but we were allocated rooms on all different floors and it was about 3.30 pm when we got all our rooms. Coming to the good part the restaurant manager accomodated us very well though we were late for the dinner he very well managed us! Talking about the rooms. The rooms are big and equipped with all necessary services and amenities. Our gracious housekeeper Lokesh was just a call away and he made our room in just a matter of time.

I would rate the hotel as great value of money. Being not from Ahmedabad, I found the location to be farthest but the restaurant staff was courteous and delightful. Their dinner buffet spread was amazing and had options from Gujarati to north India to south India to Chinese, Japanese and Mexican I would suggest to visit this hotel

Was staying at this hotel for 2 nights as we were watching the World Cup game @ The Narendra Modi stadium and the hotel was at a location with had easy access to the stadium and the city. A well maintained property with all features to make your stay comfortable. Would recommend for sure.

Vivanta is the best hotel in Ahmedabad. I would like to thanks each n every staff for their hard working. They help me a lot. N a special thanks to Israr Khan . He is too hard working n have a great knowledge in hospitality.

Typical business hotel. Favorable for short visit only. They really need to check into their breakfast options and taste.

Probably this is the first Taj to which I am reviewing with just 2 stars. I feel sad here. Front desk Staff is unskilled it is not so helpful and courteous as expected from Taj. food here was ok type and requires significant improvement. Dull interior, poor display of buffet, less varieties and pathetic desserts. Though restaurant staff is good. I would still like to visit Vivanta again if they improve with time. Stay here during IIM executive studies. Experience was not good.

Staff is good , location is nice . Food was excellent.The room's and washrooms were extremely clean service was excellent,care was superb, but need major upgrade of the washrooms is needed ,rooms also need a bit upgrade.Not at all except able for a 5 star standards.

Don't ever book this property as this is no where close to the Vivanta or Taj lineage. The property gives you feel of a dharamshala as most of the guests are either wedding guest or of Airport Staff(Seems like they have some agreement). The upkeep is pathetic, they will keep you waiting and continue to attend airport staff.

The conference rooms were not too great, just okay-ish.. The service was quite professional, but for that high price, it should be improved and improvised. Overall, the experience was good.
