Very bad experience. Do not go and buy anything from this Croma store. This store and staff are not customer centric. 1. "I had a very disappointing experience at the Chroma store. Despite requesting a TV demo multiple times, including speaking to the manager, the staff was unresponsive and appeared more interested in playing garba during working hours. This level of service was completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service." 2. Sales persons are not knowledgeable about products I was purchasing the Hand grinder and they changed total 3 sales persons as single of them do not know more about the product. Everyone was asking to internally. 3. Do not aware about the price and discounts They have wasted my more than 30 mins of time due to lack of information about price and discount Please avoid this store.. very poor service and bad staff.

Disappointed with the installation service I bought an IFB washing Machine from croma on sunday & it's Wednesday Today, no one came for installation. At purchasing time they will make you all false promises after that they will not answer any of your calls or complaints. You have to adjust or wait for the technical person at their convenient time because they have no time value for their customers. I will suggest to buy from local vendors for quick action!
