The services are improving but not enough. Even the currently available resources could have been managed better.

Poor management. You have to park your vehicle at side of the road as the guard doesn't allowed parking inside. Huge crowd due to which parking may have been full . Services are improving here. Huge waiting patients. If you are planning to visit here for check up separate one day whole as you have to stay in long queue. Note: Break time: 1:00 - 2:00

Worst experience in Bhaktapur hospital in this pandemic covid 19. Not managed to deal with covid 19. Water tank there but no soup and sanitizer. Seriously this hospital will trigger covid 19 in Bhaktapur there is huge chance. Please avoid visiting this hospital in this pandemic time unless you must have to. Ive been shocked with the management seriously guys. The management putting lives in danger and there loved one too. Worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. Worst management. And it's so suffocating and uncomfortable. Worst management ever. And the staff are so rude as if being polite would cause a great loss to their salary. Nothing is there the way it should be. Very poor sanitation no soap even in the toilet and no sanitizer as well. It's not well airy as well. And the rude behaviour of staff is the worst one. I don't recommend anyone to visit this hospital. And if you have insurance they will treat you as if they paid for your insurance cost.👎👎👎👎👎

Even Pregnant woman weight is not measured and Gyano and Obs Doctor doesn’t talk nicely towards Patient.Only Given medicine😠😠😠
