Worst first time experience at Hotel Ginger. The food quality is not at all up to the mark. The service is at snail speed. Being a part of reputed Ihcl, Tata Brand this was not at all expected.

Ambience is nice! Service was okay for me! They have good parking space but away from hotel! Buffet price was around 600/- per person but qaulity was not worth it for that price! Hotel is superb but location is not good enough!

All the dishes we have ordered are absolutely delicious, specially the hot & sour soup. The hospitality of Dipendra & other staff was excellent. The ambience of Restaurant was very good.Hope we will visit again soon.

It was a great experience spending time here. They have improved technologies as well. The ambience was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hospitality tends to be good.

I went to this place with my family. By looking at it only we can say that it will be expensive but we wanted to try this place thinking that if they are taking this much money service and quality of food will be good. They failed are expectations. Disappointed. We ordered dabba murg and naan it came after some 30 mins but quantity was too less and taste ws also ok . After that we ordered naan they didn't even cAme to ask whether we want something or not though it's not a self service we had to go and place our order. I hate it for me service was too bad and i would recommend others too to not visit this restaurant. Worst experience

Nice experience... Though the menu for buffet dinner doesn't have much variety...not a single dish of egg...But taste was good most importantly my 8 month old baby enjoyed hara bhara kabab and vermicilli kheer

We had a great stay experience. The AC wasn't working very well for our room however, the service was decent. The rooms were clean although not very well- litup. The location is really good and greatly accessible from city and station. The food at the hotel was very average. However, the vicinity in which the hotel is located has many great food options nearby at walking distance. The staff was polite and professional. Overall stay was good.

It was overall a very bad experience Ginger a brand everyone trust but sorry to say they don't keep any promises Rooms are full of mosquitos. Hotel staff are least bothered to provide anything to reduce it. They don't have iron to provide to customers if you request more they will provide you a dirty and bad quality iron which will spoil your clothes In. Breakfast area they don't provide services I don't know whether I should to recommend this property to anyone or not Our stay was horrible we don't ask anyone to stay at this property Management and hall staff is not up to the mark.room acs are not working.

Restaurant was peaceful ✌️ environment, food is so delicious, little bit improvement needed in started ( small bites) , staff behaviour are awesome as specially Ankit khushwa, dipendra

We had a wonderful stay at Ginger Bharuch. The cleanliness was up to the mark. Akash helped us get the best of extremely delicious and good variety breakfast menu. The service was nice. Such a beautiful collection of books to read as well as a foosball stable makes it a complete cosy relaxing holiday experience. Our full 5 stars.👍

Hotel services are excellent. Staff is very calm. My wife had an accident just in front of hotel. Hotel staff had well taken care of us and helped a lot. Ms Reena deka , Mr. Aakash kushwaha, & Ramhet were very polite and best at their services. Reception team including Mr Arunesh tiwari is also very calm amd supportive in every respect
