Recently visit at 30 may in evening 18:05, they are taken 40 min in just 1order to complete, 2veg zigi, 1garlic bread with dip and 2 sprite. And sprite was like a normal water with tartric acid, no suger content in sprite, money west totally. I suggested to order home delivery. Vegi Ziggy test was good but different in both size but price is same. 49/- only. Toilet is very bad condition, no cleaning regularly. Full bad experience compared with other dominos pizza in other places.

Ac not working properly, Floor and Tables are dirty and not cleaned even after several requests. Staff is also not listening and not co operative. Washrooms are also dirty and sometimes no running water in water tap (Wash Basin). Peppy Paneer pizza was only half cooked, only the Indi Paneer pizza was good. I have visited several other dominos earlier but this one is not upto the mark.

No satisfaction in food. Service is very poor no tissue on table Atmosphere is like a fish market Only 3 ac at 25 degree and others are off Mosquito machine is not working. We fill that we pay more And still like a begger. Stand in a queue for flood and after completing food self cleaning also be done So bed experience

In side dine there no drinking water available and even AC is not running in summer days. It's such very poor experience I felt. My suggestion is to use take out option or Delivery. I also experience when I'm on reception counter dominos person is ignoring me to taking order.

I went around 12:30 PM to eat something. As soon as I entered, smoke was emitting from the kitchen, and the smoke alarm started ringing. I enquired at the counter what the problem was. He said the exhaust fan was not functioning and sent for repair. The whole got filled with smoke. I told the guy you should have closed the shop as your exhaust was not working, and you switched off your smoke alarm. Anywhere in this kind of situation, request everyone to vacate the premises for your own safety, which I did without ordering food

I have ordered pizzas on 31/12/2023 , order accepted @ 21.05 pm & order was out of delivery but not received till 00.30 am of 01/01/2024 , complaint raised but no response from Customer care regarding return payment & any feedback as on today 04.01.2024

Worst maintenance ever seen for a Domino's. No one to clean, insufficient chairs and no one to properly call out orders. Worst services ruining Domino's reputation

Always a great experience whenever you visited any Domino's with your friends for birthday party, job party, new year party, promotion party or else...you can come to celebrate breakup parties too 😆😆 You will feel that the taste of pizza and other stuff is very good. Their softness and stuffing is so good. Dominos is always my first choice as a party destination. It will give you lots of memories to remember. Love you Dominos💕

One of the worst experience of Domino's Pizza. I've been to many Domino's, but this one was horrible. The food was okay-ish and place was spacious. But, lack of hygiene and cleanliness was clearly visible.

Pizzas are as cheesy as other Domino's outlets. Pizza with dominos is always a great deal. But this outlet have to do something about cleanliness. whenever I went there,most of the tables were dirty,premises were not cleaned properly. Parking space is small,but good enough for 2 wheelers. And Domino's have to arrange for drinking water facilities in their all outlets,bcz that's not the way of selling your cold drinks.

Service and quality is not at par. comparison itself with other Dominos store. This is not first time but experiencing since more than 1 year. Just waiting to open another store in Bharuch EAST side. West side//city side store will be surely closed.

Restaurant cleanliness is contrary to brand value of this food chain. Poorly maintained. Waiting period 10 minutes. Quality of food above expectations. Hospitality below average. Improper ventilation. Poor parking space. Not a value for money restaurant.

Third class pizza. Piza Paratha's test was very bad, Being a brand the quality of the food is not good.
