Went there randomly but to my surprise I found almost every item there which I couldn't find at reliance mall or Dmart. Great discount and buy one get one offer were there. Properly organised and well maintained one. But there was no person at the grain and pulse's counter to measure the weight, so I had to continously ask the staff to send someone on the counter but they didn't care. Other than that, everything was perfect. Must visit.

Place is closed. Reliance smart store is opening here in place of bigbazar. Bigbazar should update it on map to save peoples time visiting here.

All malls are closed. Like a ghost mall. But for cinema or playing area you can visit.

Only big bazaar near to Gandhinagar.. Although it does not have attractive discounts on product (like dmart offers), still you can buy products less than MRP rate. Main attraction is its cloth section. Multiple varieties for men, women and children. Footwear and toys are also available. They offer 50% discount on toys on Christmas day. One more thing they also have stroller services free of cost if you have baby with you.

Please avoid Big Bazaar ..they charge more than the MRP . I bought a toilet cleaner, the MRP was 67 rs however in the bill they charged 78 rs. Also many products would be shown discounted in the racks but in the final bill there would no discount. Even worse than small grocery shop. Quite unprofessionally managed. Also you will be welcomed by lot of mosquitoes.

This Big Bazaar is situated inside the Shree Balaji Agora mall.. Good one stop solution for groceries, household items, cloths, stationary etc.

Must shop. Almost every item is there with affordable price. I wonder why it is not much crowded

there is no big bazaar. This is just a mall not really even a mall more like a movie theatre thats it. I ask many people if there's a nearby big bazaar. No one knows if there is one not even staff

Absolutely pathetic! First, I was not delivered on time not even on the same day. I called next day morning and they gave an excuse of staff shortage, as usual and promised to deliver with freshly picked vegetables, as i was concerned about the freshness. True to my concern, they delivered the vegetables that were picked and packed the previous day, in plastic bags with no airflow, kept at room temperature where 2 of the vegetables developed fungus. I had ordered Cello quarter plates but they delivered full size dinner plates. I kept calling them but for a long time they didn't pickup calls. The customer service number on the website doesn't work. I emailed them my complaint and all i got was an auto reply that they'll look into it. It's been 5 days but no response from customer service or the store. This is a clear indication that the company is not interested in resolving any customer complaint. I wonder if i will ever get my money back. This in no way looks like a professionally run company but "Lala ki dukan." It's a terrible experience. I recommend people to stay away from Big Bazaar's online shopping for groceries. Better options are Big Basket and Grofers, far better.

Very bad experience. (1) No store employee is around to guide or to whom we can ask clarifications. (2) very loud PA system blaring their own ads and very irritating. (3) No wonder Big Bazaar is making losses and is being referred to NCLT for liquidation. Will never visit again

There are no new collections in Diwali sale too and price seems too high rather than the normal days. The discount provided is just for name sake and the price doesn't get reduced. Few collections seems too old and they are just clearing the stocks. Don't opt for this shopping centre else you end up with disappointing experience.
