Absolutely
pathetic!
First,
I
was
not
delivered
on
time
not
even
on
the
same
day.
I
called
next
day
morning
and
they
gave
an
excuse
of
staff
shortage,
as
usual
and
promised
to
deliver
with
freshly
picked
vegetables,
as
i
was
concerned
about
the
freshness.
True
to
my
concern,
they
delivered
the
vegetables
that
were
picked
and
packed
the
previous
day,
in
plastic
bags
with
no
airflow,
kept
at
room
temperature
where
2
of
the
vegetables
developed
fungus.
I
had
ordered
Cello
quarter
plates
but
they
delivered
full
size
dinner
plates.
I
kept
calling
them
but
for
a
long
time
they
didn't
pickup
calls.
The
customer
service
number
on
the
website
doesn't
work.
I
emailed
them
my
complaint
and
all
i
got
was
an
auto
reply
that
they'll
look
into
it.
It's
been
5
days
but
no
response
from
customer
service
or
the
store.
This
is
a
clear
indication
that
the
company
is
not
interested
in
resolving
any
customer
complaint.
I
wonder
if
i
will
ever
get
my
money
back.
This
in
no
way
looks
like
a
professionally
run
company
but
"Lala
ki
dukan."
It's
a
terrible
experience.
I
recommend
people
to
stay
away
from
Big
Bazaar's
online
shopping
for
groceries.
Better
options
are
Big
Basket
and
Grofers,
far
better.
