Rooms are old. Go for it only if you have no other option left in Patiala

I got an opportunity to attend a Birthday Party here. The Banquet Hall was in the basement. It was nicely maintained n decorated, Air Conditioning was properly done. Food Served was good in taste, especially the snacks served. Tandoori Mushrooms was too good to resist. They don't have their own parking but one can park his/her vehicle in the outer space along roadside. Service and service staff was good as well.

It is near dukh niwaran sahab gurudwara. The rooms are a bit average but budget friendly and the service is good. They have restaurant too.

Worst Service I have ever received in this Hotel. Staff and especially the Manager is rude. I have booked 20 Rooms but Still asking and seeking money for each thing, Prices are quite high as compared to other Best hotels in Patiala. Staff seek tips all the time without doing anything. Not at all recommended for Families . Water Supply leaking in washrooms almost in every room. ONLY BOOK THIS GARBAGE HOTEL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ONLY Otherwise Never ever think about it.

Rooms and food is good however staff behavior isn't satisfying. Room service guys and cleaners are delivering service very late and repeatedly asking for tip. NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES. There was a drunk guy next to our room and he was shouting continuously and when we try to call reception no one answered the call.

I had a worst experience ever here… There rooms are just like hell honestly., dirty and smelly also washrooms soo bad u cannot stay here even for an hour.. it was very unhygienic… they didn’t change their bedsheets for mang days that’s why it was soo smelly and bad their washrooms having insects inside… Pls don’t go here.. If are from good family and u want hygiene… Also their staff asking for tip for not doing anything..!! They asked us for tip again n again from my mom, from my brother they asked from everyone…. Worst.. Worst.. Worst..

My father had a bad experience in this Hotel, My sister wedding was held in November starting we booked this hotel for Barati and they treated Barati very bad They even argue with my father hotel is very dirty and Bathroom had no washer and even there is no good staff Barati asked for tea They didn't gave them tea It wasn't worth the price we had paid them , they Have asked extra money even it was not required they blackmail at the arrival of barati they won't give the rooms to barati until we give the full payment ...even it's the policy of all the hotel that we need to pay oy when we're checking out .... please don't booked this hotel if you're coming to patiala because they are very very very very bad ....

Stayed in this hotel for a night. There was exam in Patiala. Young owner was cordial and of jovial nature. I had brief interaction with him. Room was also good along with room service. I had not tasted food there (Prices were little high). So don't know about food quality. This hotel is good for family and couples. Wish you all the best for wonderful experience in patiala !

Wrist hotel u had ever seen. I booked this from Delhi Whn we visited there for booking they are nice But on my wedding day they spoiled my function They locked my relatives they said payment aygi tbi jaoge ap log Pehl payment do on the mrng of my wedding As my wedding was in Shaurya & we booked this hotel rooms to stay We had all the conversation while boooking ki marriage function se free ho k rooms check out krenge but inhone Har relative k samn insult krvayi Even though they don’t have good services Rooms clean nhi lift was not working & they add false bill as well. I would not suggest this to anyone

They provide there room with foul smell & some dead & new born cockroaches. Rat dancing show after 10:30pm in there fall ceiling in room complementary. They charged basic amenities like water bottle(not included in room price). After calling thrice then there staff changed bed sheet. They dont have remotes for tv/ac. In morning 7-8am they cut A/C power from backend without asking. Rest of these small things everything was great.

Worst hotel I had ever seen We booked this for our daughter's wedding but they are pathetic.,They made us feel ashamed in terms of food.,cleanliness. They are Lichad.,On wedding day they did drama hold our relatives ki payment do fr jana function m & we already did more thn half . Thn they made false bill as well . Dont go for this. If u r from reputed family.
