Nice place for tourists stay and it is near beautiful beach area. Rooms and washrooms are clean and neat and comfortable. Staff is humble and co operative. Food is served fresh. good quality and quantity of food is available. Amazing complementary breakfast is available. AC/ Non AC rooms are available.its located in the middle area of city. Bus stand and rikshaws are available for travel in village area. Shopping area is nearby to hotel.

The pathetic service.. I have booked my stay through make my trip where the mentioned amenities included wifi, toiletries, dental kit. Hotel staff denied that we do not provide dental kit shampoo, there is only one soap they gave which is the best they can do. While asking for wifi staff saud there is no wifi as no connection is there. Base complementary water bottle was denied and charged also they offer filtered water which i asked to give, no one even came to provide the same. No intervom/telephone working, if you want anything you need to go down n tell to reception. The last and the worst while asking about amenities they have given under makemytrip page they said we dont know who did we do not provide such facilities. If makemytrip has written the same on their own then it is complete fraud. No dedicated parking area which was given under amenities.. Never visit the hotel, management of the hotel do not care about the customers..

My wife had booked this Hotel via OYO our train to Ratnagiri from Goa got delayed by 2 hours so we reached this hotel by 2 a.m late night. To our surprise the hotel staff denied us check in and said they are not in tie up with OYO, then i said i'll directly check in and deal with OYO later. So the staff was trying to loot us and charge double amount of what we booked the room for. And said we'll have to check out at 10 a.m in the morning. Charge a bomb for merely 6-7 hours stay. This is how the hotel treats their customer in the middle of the night.

The hotel is within 10 minutes drive distance of the main Bhateye Beach and markets/restaurants so great location. We stayed here as a family of 3 and found it a lovely experience with fabulous rooms and food All member of staff were very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here so happy to recommend this hotel to all our family and friends

Good people. Very flexible. Helpful. Silent. Morning breakfast was an issue, speak to them about it before Checking in. Overall a Nice place.
