I recently had the pleasure of staying at Efcee Sarovar Premiere in Bhavnagar, and it was an experience that left a lasting impression. The rooms at Efcee Sarovar are a retreat in themselves, with plush bedding, modern decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The chefs clearly take pride in their culinary creations, and every dish I tried was delicious and presented with care. Even the location was convenient, being close enough to local attractions and the business district, yet away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend Efcee Sarovar Premiere to anyone visiting Bhavnagar, be it for business or pleasure. It stands as a testament to the perfect blend of traditional hospitality and modern luxury.

I am in a shock today as I never thought I would ever be giving 2 star review to a 4 star hotel. Actually I am reviewing for dine in. I had terrible experience today when I went to lunch with one of our close relatives and high profile guests. It was about the time waiters and managers consumed to provide us food we ordered. For every single order they took about 15 mins to half an hour even if the order were just butter roti in some cases. There were only 3-4 tables where people were eating. Although we asked them many times why they’re taking so much time to send us food, they didn’t provide us any positive response than saying it’s on the way. Hotels like Sarovar Portico needs to check and improvise this at very high extent.

Is this 5 star hotel? Really!!!! I can't believe it.... I am traveling guy and travelling with my female friend so I riched Bhavnagar at 6:00 PM so I need to stay one night and next morning we were start our journey to Junagadh so I call for rooms and they declined to give stay because I am not married and I am traveling with my female friend... Is this your standard? A male and female friend should not traveling or stay together!!!!! I can't believe it that this kind of hotels can have such downgrade mentality.

Rooms and everything is fantastic. Breakfast is below par no appropriate service, Once the food items are exhausted, reffiling doesnt happen or takes more than 30 minutes, experianced today around 9.30 am in there dining room.

Could have been much better but unfortunately this is the best you can get in the laid back city of Bhavnagar! A few points which hotel management must work on! 1. Maintenance and cleanliness of furniture is a must, which was absent from the Suite and room I stayed in. 2. Amend your rules so that it should be customer centric. 3. Improve quality of breakfast spread and maintain hygiene. You can easily survive even if you don't do these all because the second best in the city is pathetic but you and Bhavnagar would surely miss a few guests as they will be unable to find a good place to stay. Hope to see you improve or better options come to Bhavnagar!

2 star for the rooms, property and cleanliness. Otherwise in terms of service and food, it does not even deserve a one star. But, you have no option as this is the only so called 5 star property in Bhavnagar. They should put more staffs for a better service.

We booked two rooms (Executive room) and stayed for single night in October-2021. Food : Ordered room service at night ( Roti, Curd rice, Corn Palak) and it was good taste. Rooms : Rooms were good and clean. Wifi signal is also good. Washroom was clean. Service : Room service was good and since hotel is in 3rd floor, they sent bellboy to carry luggage during check-in and checkout. Location : It is in the heart of city. Victoria Park is just 5 minutes drive from the hotel. We went in the evening for a nice walk. There is a big mall ( for shopping, theatre, food stall) right beside the hotel. Have attached pics and video of room. They gave a service room to our driver but room was not clean, so he slept in the car. Parking facility is there in the mall (hotel is part of mall complex). The parking is like underground. So our driver parked the car outside the mall and slept there since it gets hot in the parking space.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Sarovar Portico when I visited to attend a function. My visit was completely ruined by the lack of available parking spaces and the concerning lack of security for vehicles parked on the roadside. Upon arriving at Hotel Sarovar Portico, I was shocked to discover that there were absolutely no parking spaces available. The hotel failed to provide any dedicated parking area for its guests, which is highly unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. The staff's suggestion to park my vehicle on the roadside, alongside numerous other vehicles, was not only inconvenient but also posed a serious security risk. What made matters worse was the complete absence of security measures for the parked vehicles. There was no assurance of protection against theft or damage, as the vehicles were left exposed and vulnerable. The staff's casual attitude towards this issue was deeply concerning and displayed a lack of professionalism and concern for guest safety. Due to the hotel's failure to provide suitable parking options and ensure the security of guests' vehicles, I had no choice but to abandon my plans and return home. This not only caused great inconvenience but also resulted in missing the function I had intended to attend. The experience left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with Hotel Sarovar Portico's services. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a comprehensive review of the hotel's amenities, service, or ambiance, as I was unable to experience them firsthand. However, the lack of basic parking facilities and the complete disregard for guest safety overshadow any potential positive aspects the hotel may have. Considering my experience, I strongly advise against choosing Hotel Sarovar Portico as your accommodation. The absence of parking options and the lack of security measures reflect a profound disregard for guest comfort and safety. It is essential for a hotel to prioritize these aspects in order to provide a satisfactory experience for their guests. I sincerely hope that Hotel Sarovar Portico takes this feedback seriously and addresses the parking and security issues promptly. Guests deserve a safe and secure environment when staying at a hotel, and it is crucial for the management to acknowledge and rectify these significant shortcomings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hotel Sarovar Portico to others. I encourage you to explore alternative options that prioritize guest convenience, security, and overall satisfaction.

We stayed here 2 nights . This is a lovely hotel. The pastries in the lobby are very good as is the restaurant Victoria. We did not try the other. We had the buffet which was a nice selection. The room was excellent, very clean. Comfortable beds, choice of pillows and a nice shower (Americans are obsessed with good plumbing). They arranged transportation to the temple and box breakfasts. Very efficient. Our only problem was at check out. We were leaving at 0500. Their payment systems were all down. It was not our card as I checked with the credit card company. There seemed to be no back up system except a direct wire transfer from our bank in the USA which would not be possible. They wanted us to pay cash. In short I would say if you are leaving at an odd time, settle the account the prior evening when there are options. The poor guy at the desk had no authority though he tried to help. We finally left dollars at a normal exchange rate not the poor rate they were offering us as our ride was waiting and we would miss out connection.

We often take dinner here, A LA carte and Buffet both...They have many mouth watering varieties in Buffet Dinner and Breakfast. A LA carte is a good option too but the service is very very slow. They always have excuse of over crowd for slow service. Most of the waitress are unknown from their dishes. So, A proper training with the enough knowledge is needed from Restaurant Manager.

We stayed here for two nights. We made advance booking for one night only as the hotel was informing that no rooms are available for second night. I approached the manager and he was kind enough to provide us a room. It is well appreciated. The rooms are excellent and no noise at all even though there was a wedding party.

Absolute clean and beautifully designed rooms. The room service was amazing and the food is delicious. Amenities are good and staff is supportive and kind... My 5 night stay had no dis. Just a small things that can be added to make this hotel from 4star to 5star is.. Rooms should have fans 🌀 Bath tub could be added 🛁 More amenities ⚽ Snacks should be complimentary 🍟 Pool can be heated 🌡️ Non.veg options should be added 🍗 Refill of juice in breakfast 🥃 Except all this small things... That hotel is amazing 😍 I enjoyed a lot and would love to come again ❤️💫

This hotel is recovering from the Covid lock down. It is a decent hotel for business purpose. Room is large enough though some hardware is falling apart. I’d give them some time to recover. My experience with Sarovar group hotels has been very good pre covid. They are providing good service in not so often visited places in India and are reasonably priced. This is the best option to stay in Bhavnagar

We always select city pride for our corporate booking. Staff behaviour is good also they provide breakfast as complimentry Room are spacious and good ambiance located in middle of city. Food and anmbiance also good

I visited the restaurant with my family and an experience which could have been much better ended up being bit awkward… thanks to the manager who probably needs to take some training in dealing with customers. Other staff were nice. Food was okay-3/5..

Great rooms and services Well plan night before leaving your transit to airport with the hotel. I faced issue with auto arrangement to airport by hotel. Auto didn't show up ontime and not till I leave the hotel with another moving auto I picked from outside the hotel

It's everything that you can expect from Sarovar Portico, The only thing which I hate is that they should expand the Food Menu. Non veg should be a part of the restaurant. There are many people who would love to dine.

Efcee Sarovar Portico is a great place to stay in Bhavnagar. The cafeteria has a wide variety of delicious food, including mouth-watering desserts like strawberry chess cake, blueberry chess cake, and chocolate truffle pastry. The hotel is also pure veg, so everyone can enjoy their stay. Here is a review for the desserts only: The desserts at Efcee Sarovar Portico are amazing! The strawberry chess cake is light and fluffy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The blueberry chess cake is also delicious, with a rich and creamy blueberry filling. The chocolate truffle pastry is the perfect way to end your meal.

Excellent experience!! I stayed at this hotel many times whenever I visit Bhavnagar for my office work. Hotel is best located facing Victoriya nature park. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Very well behaved staff and always helpful. Food is the best in quality in entire surroundings.

The hotel is located within the city, near to the Victoria Park (should be called mini forest), view from room of the mini forest was refreshing in the morning, balcony / sitout was desirable. Rooms were refreshing, housekeeping staff did support well with respect to additional bed requirement. Restaurant staff had also been helpful.

Terrible service. In room dining doesn't pick calls. You can't have a cup of tea even within half an hour of when you wanna order! rooms are not so spacious. Service is pathetic. Only good thing is location.

Hotel is good and managed efficiently. but the in house restaurant leaves much to be desired. It's very confined and gives a feeling of being crowded; what's puts you off big time is the food and oil stains on cushion of most chairs. For a hotel this size, one expects better.

Its a very happening hotel in the city. Service is top class. Staff is very well mannered. Interior is very classy. Food quality is great. But taste was moderate, like less spicy and flavours were mild.

This is a very nice property. The rooms are spacious and very hygienic. They offer breakfast complimentary and have variety of menus. Food quality is very good. Staff is cooperative. Overall very good hotel to stay if you are visiting Bhavnagar. They have gym, swimming pool and spa facilities. There is wine shop in the same premises where visitors out of Gujarat can get alcohol after getting official permits.

Service is excellent but the food not so much but great for tourists. Has hosted many actors and big personnel's. A good place for people of mumbai to stay in bhavnagar. Also has a winery...

I was on a leisure holiday trip of Gujarat with family and when i stayed overnight at Bhavnagar Sarovar Portico. The staff is nice and the food was nice. The bad thing although about the hotel is very small room sizes. If you want to stay with kids (one is 8 and other 2) avoid this hotel because the room is very small in size. We booked Deluxe executive room and it was very small. I also stayed at Sarovar Portico Rajkot and the room experience was similar.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of time now for almost a week. The overall experience was good. 1. The service was prompt. 2. The staff is really very helpful, friendly and courteous 3. The rooms are well maintained, clean and tidy. Rooms have tea, coffee maker, TV, AC, working table, in room dining, laundry facility. 4. Bathroom is spacious, and was clean, neat and tidy. toiletries are available and can be requested from housekeeping. The hot water shower experience was out of this world and one of the best. 5. Bed was king sized and was good for a sound sleep. 6. We availed the services of seminar hall and all the arrangements including buffet dinner was very nicely done. sound system was available, ambience was good. Food was amazing. The desserts were perfectly balanced. There is a live chaat counter where they serve you some lip smacking pani puri, shev pur, dahi puri. 7. Breakfast spread is also good 8. Hotel has a car park and facilities for driver to stay. Overall the most recommended hotel for stay if you are visiting Bhavnagar.

Perfect hotel to stay for family and business trips. The hotel has all the facilities like outdoor pool, health club etc. Special thanks to health club trainer, Mr Sandip, for sharing invaluable knowledge regarding proper exercises. The quality of food in in room dining was good but the service was a little lazy. Overall an excellent stay in Bhavnagar.

We, six friends had stayed for one day in Hotel on 18.08.22 ,for our visit to Sri Salangpur Hanuman temple and Nishkalank Mahadev temples. Our stay was comfortable with nice rooms and good behavioured staff. Miss Mukta and Mr. Arush helped us in checking even before our checking time. Complimentary breakfast have lot of items to enjoy. May stay if we get oppurtunity to visit Bhavnagar in future.

Clean rooms for a comfortable stay. A wide spread buffet for breakfast and dinner. There was a mixup in restaurant billing and I was equally responsible for the oversight.

Good ambiance, a forest just opposite this place. Peaceful place to stay. Food quality average. Room service usually takes too long and forgets one or more thing for which you have to wait for long another time.... Staff (esp. security) not wearing mask was observed several times. If they can improve on it, it will become a good place for sure.
