These people know only to sell the products , they will not help you how to use it I asked them how to take ECG from Apple watch - answer was do Google ..we don't know how to do it Another time I asked how to use watch during swimming - answer was we don't know .. please Google it Are we supposed to google everytime for their products ?? Very very bad service by ivenus service center Bhavnagar , i have gone 4-5 times for my battery drainage issue and heat up issue . But all the employs of service center are just restoring ma phn n give it back to me . I suggest not to go to service iphone to Bhavnagar ivenus service center . They are everytime giving dissatisfied costumer reaponse to me . Apple service i had never expected such a worst service from you.

I went to the Ivenus store and the store manager Vijay Gupta was extremely rude and unprofessional, he refused to answer queries. He even refused to disconnect his personal call and told me that he's not a part of ivenus .

The seller is too busy with his work so that you can't get any information about device you looking for absolutely trash staff ever seen and the behavior Talking about my experience 👍 I went for ipad 9th gen enquiry and I asked him if I bought that from croma or digital he starts those things like lena hai to lo......wrost experience from the staff 👌

I just met a guy called himself Rahul Makwana gave me tremendous demo of iPhone 13 & I just bought phone with tempered glass cover apple care plus & adapter with stuffcool message charger He transferred my all data from Android to apple new phone

No proper service no proper staff at all. Staff is careless and don't have any responsibility for their customers.. i just had a talk with Harpal bhai and he told me iphone 14pro black is available so he took 10k deposit from me and next day he is telling me that i dint have mobile and you have to wait for 1 month 😡 these is how they treat and answer.. just take some actions or else close your store where there is such a poor response 👎 very much disappointed

I visited this service center for product check up, and my issue solved within 10 minutes, service is so good and person was so humble and active listener.

The staff here is so rude they have the stigma that they work at apple and they can give answer to customer what ever they want even simple diagnostic of accessories will take them 3 to 4 working day in which we have to give them our product and they didn’t even give any other product for time being What a mud on face of apple in the name of service
