Lady who was on reception was lier she told spa will be of Rs.900 but later employee told it will be of Rs.700 for matrix spa and she also denied for beverage as her one of the employee asked for it to provide us earlier the staff was very friendly that's why I have recommended my mother for it but it sucks

I have never had such a bad experience in my life of 35 hrs. Very inexperienced guy chosen for hair cutting and his hands were trembling while he was cutting hairs. Such a bad hair cut, I cannot imagine. It is better to have a hair cut from any road side shop instead of having it in this place.

Very worst service the owner or Mr. Rahul srivas is unprofessional doesn't no how to treat there customer as compare to all like ftv, lakme, make over , and matrix all are best i recommend all plz avoid as much u can very unprofessional I hv ever seen in my life

The worst place to go, the staff is so rude, doesn’t even know how to talk properly. The services are poor too! Would have given 0 stars, had there been an option!

I had my hair cut by a barber and he messed up a little when I pointed out what he did his reaction was very casually " NO WORRIES THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY GROW BACK AND THEN THEY WILL LOOK GOOD". He messed up again after that. Luckily I didn't have any plans socially.

I went there for getting my eyebrows done. I constantly kept instructing them of not make the brows thin and the lady just cut it off and later said sorry.

Took Pedicure Basic Was okay Not completely satisfied but was fine.
