Admitted for fever in emergency. 08Apr23. Doctor is good. Helped to resolve the immediate problem. Doctor and Staff is polite and caring. But room had numerous mosquitoes. Difficult to even sit in room. Patient and attendant were very uncomfortable. Complaint staff many times, all visited the room but said they can’t do anything. Management should look into this this concern.

Infrastructure vise it is one if the beat hospital of this locality (ayodhya bypass). Hospital having all basic diagnostic facilities under one roof. Been to this hospital for treatment of my mother. But it is felt that the OPD doctors lack professionalism. There are no timing maintained by doctors as many are not available on their schedule time. Even upon call from reception no proper response given by them. In my case i waited for more than one hour, as every time when reception call the doctor he said he is coming in 30 min (his schedule time is already started 2 hrs ago). Finally i came back without visiting ghe dictor. Some other patients also seen waiting for doctor at that time and recetion had no clue about arrival of doctor. It seems that the doctors engaged here does not care about the hospital management and also their patients. May be this is the readon u dont found much crowd here. Overall if you are ready to wait for1-2 hrs for just to see doctor or if u are ready to consult any doctor randomly than this hospital is good for you otherwise dont waste ur time here and look for other hospital.

Some of staff specially front desk & hospital manager unprofessional, bad behaviour.they donot know way of talking with patients. To hide his mistake he shouts at others/patient.

Not recommended Money minded, bad management and specially lady on front desk. They are more interested in making medicine bills and ask for advance money everyday. There is no effective treatment provided and nurse behaves rudely.
