Excellent place for living with family with comfort and security. now people staying their on house abt 75 + house are there at this time .gud place for families point of view those r searching home for rent or buy. Ishan park includs a playing park for kids and a shiv temple. High security and clean atmosphere 👍

Nice located colony and mall on 220 ft wide road.

The main attraction here is the rockway fitness club, apart from that you can find tea stalls, grocery store, medicine shops and salons like javed habib etc. Small yet sustainable.

This place has it's own unique vibe. Best area for recidence for students and working professional. A gym is there just in some steps out from society. All the things of daily use is available in just some steps out.

There is an overhyped gym, Food stalls, to much going on here n there.

Gud neat and clean society

I used to go to gym (4th floor) here at Ishan Park. At ground floor, there are multiple shops for quick bite, ATM, Chemist shop and etc.

Bad colony, water problem, tds of water I'd above 600, cleaning worst, security issue, no naramda water supply, poor gardens, full of dogs, no club house, no society office, no control of any , comercial use of residential houses, bad politics, no cctv, . Ishaan park. Only name is beautiful

Colony is good but colony people do not maintain the cleaniness in colony

The market is still not spread fully open but its growing gud and great for future. Its expanding

Few shops are open. Good thing is plenty space is there for parking. And open area to roam and have a nice tea
