Well I had flat foot and due to an accident in 2001 I had disc prolapse, now in my 40's the combination of these were giving a severe backache and neckache and my posture was getting bad to worse. Just a month Panchkarma therapy from Dr. Rishi Mishra have worked wonders and in between also I will keep on going to take panchkarma sessions now.
