Chor travels. Busses always late. Parcel charges to be paid double. I have booked one small parcel from verma travels nagpur and i paid the charges at Nagpur office. When my parcel arrived at Nadra bus stand office, Bhopal. They again charged me the money. They said if i Don’t pay then I will not get my parcel. Very pathetic service. Highly disappointed.

Third class service and roadside staff behaviour.gutter service at five star price. Recommend to not prefer for any long distance travel. Inefficient, ruthless, cheap, unhygienic, scamsters... they do not care for any passengers amenities or services. Starting from customer support to on board staff, very inefficient and cheap mentality behaviour. HELL. As per other passengers, all high and positive reviews are sponsored or their own. Foolish

Bus condition and services not value for money..lights over seats not in working condition..pillow not provided...even water bottle not provided despite the fact that there Volvo bus fare from Bhopal to Jaipur is more than that of AC I tier class of railways..

The Journey is very good and bus is very comfortable

Many times travel it. Most of the time reach on time. Some time it delay. Today I have travel from Bhopal to Indore I hove it will reach on time. Long route service good. Like bhopal to Nagpur, Bhopal to Raipur Bhopal to Mumbai Bhopal to pune Bhopal to Shirdi

Very pathetic and unhygienic condition of the bus, they say it is Ac volvo but the local roadways buses are better than this, I have attached the photo, I booked lower 2nd number sleeper but they have changed my bus and seat provided me the last second seat and they have given a stupid reason that due to timing issue they have changed the seat because the bus I booked is delayed but the bus condition you can see in photos the curtain pillows very dirty and my front curtain was torn and it was very dirty like someone has wiped his oiled hands from it then I called the customer service and complain about it they said they will change but no one came to change it then I ask conductor to change it they said they can not change it because there are no further curtains available. They are charging enough but their maintenance was very poor. This was my first and last trip from them never going to travel again with this travel bus.

The cost of my traveling is 2900+ From BHOPAL TO Hyderabad In the ticket mentioned that the seat was full of AC But not like that I absorbed because when I get into the bus the atmosphere of bus hi hot۔ And my seat was also hot but the fan is working but not properly provid cooling

Currently I'm traveling bhopal to mumbai bus. 12am cross but they don't stop bus for dinner. Bus staff is very bad and don't listen anything. Plz don't travel in this bus. Very bad experience.

Bus doesn't operate on time , for such hectic and long journey not even water provided , third class blanket provide totally disappointed .

It's average bus service, if u don't hav train option than it is a okay option but just keep in mind they hike thier charges 1-2 day before so Book in advance, and sleeper seat cabenet don't hav the glass covered, it's just hv the Clothes cover (Parda) only.

The Ac vents were broken, the bus reached 1 hr late than the given timing, the rest stop was taken at 12 in the midnight when maximum people were sleeping.

I traveled from Pune to Bhopal in Verma Travelers bus. It was worst in cleaning and with no stoppage for convenience of passangers. Worst!

The pathatic bus service ever from pune to bhopal. I booked it for my mother the bus broke down in between and they don't have mitigation plan the 15hr journey lasted for 22 hours and the alternative they provided is worst and not any where near the service we paid for. Their service and customer care is also rude and worst they don't know how to talk and abuse using slang word if you complain against their service. The bus driver said to my mom that auty ac ka nob tuta hua hai band nahi hoga chalna hai to chalo warna dusri bus kar lo. If any one want to travel by this service better think more than twice as it would be a life time lesson for you.

Very bad behaviour of staff. I got a parcel from bhopal to pune for which they already charged 300 Rs. Then they asked me to pay extra unloading charges extra in Pune. Also, they were asking for extra 400Rs from sangamwadi to my place. On asking the reason, the person argued a lot and then said “Why do you order from verma?”. On calling their Bhopal office for complaints, they don’t even pick calls. This is the worst experience I’ve had and won’t recommend the same to anyone.

Very disappoint with the service. Had to change bus for 3-4 times while coming from Bhopal and going to Bhopal back. Had to sleep in balcony after paying full fees for the seat 😢.

And also, they share your number to bus Driver so that he can call you and say bad words or else. And moreover I think verma travels is just for ANIMALS not for humans After you complaint, they say from this mobile number there is no booking. We shall also reject your complaint. Even though i have already told them the seat number.

WORST EVER !! bus delayed always by 5-6 hours, very very rude staff behaviour, they will not give booked seats and force you to sit on random seats, bus will change without proper intimation, they don't pick up your call, if you ask questions will misbehave with you PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL WITH VERMA TRAVELS, if you don't want horrible experience!!

There are unprofessional staff, they don't know how to talk to customer and how to manage customer inconveniences. One is that the road is not so good, but their drivers do not drive bus on the road, they are flying in the air like they are driving helicopter.

Usually the buses and facilities verma gives are really awesome the travel quality just goes up a notch.....but due to the pandemic the journey became really bad.....i felt knackered the other day....they are not providing a hygienic bedsheets and even allowing the prople in the gallery....which was surprising as we have this covid situation going on...really bad experience....even the gallery was not clean bus was not washed properly not sanatised which made it dangerously exposing to the virus....

This is an honest review after experiencing there service quite a few times. Following are the important points to note- 1. These buses are never on time. 2. I found the staff on the bus to be very unprofessional. 3. They haven't paid the state road tax because of which we were stopped in the journey for 2.5 hours. 4. Proper Cleanliness is not ensured. 5. Service to charge ratio is very low. Like they may charge 2000 INR for sleeper bus. However their service will be worth 1000 INR.

Water was leaking from ac vents and all seats were wet. Worst experience.
