Please do not trust their team for outstation patients. 1. Their bedside nurses keep changing in 10-15 days, without prior notice. Without informing you or even the company the nurses will run away. You will have to take care of the patient all by yourself when they take a good 3-4 days to figure out a replacement. 2. In the 4-5 months of service that I have used, not a single nurse has full knowledge of how to take care of the patient. My family does most of the work and the nurses help with picking up clothes and plates. Feeding, making them walk, showing/sponging, massages nothing is done by the nurses. 3. We had a nurse who stole money, phone, purse and even silverware from home. 4. Their service team is full of lairs. All they can do is tell lies and put the blame on others and take no responsibility. 5. No one is available to listen to your problems and resolve them. No one will take responsibility for the service.

This organization is very good because they do their work on time and they treat the patients who come there as their own family.

Since last three days i am waiting for Nurse replacement. Staff members came and took the Nurse (who was working so nicely) by saying they will replace with another nurse and didn't not come back with replacement. I am facing problem now. Can you please help. Even they are not responding my MSG. They have committed for and taken payment for 3 months. I have never seen such type of unprofessionalism in life. Please help 🙏even they don't have any trained professional nurses
