My parents stayed here for a day, it was unbearable. The room was not sanitized properly with cockroaches in many places. The water was not working in the bathroom, and on being asked were given vague answers and the problem was not solved. It was a complete waste of money

Services are not good.And the staff are very bad. I asked them about the spares key. They told me they do not have spares. And start shouting at me. The room is very bad even though it does not deserve 1 star.

Good mid priced hotel. Location is easily reachable. Spacious rooms with AC, TV nd balcony. Starting @1000 per day for a standard room.

Great hospitality. Staff is extremely polite and welcoming. Kitchen is even better. The food they serve is exemplary. I wish they had their kitchen open 24 hrs but that's open only after 5pm. House was clean, ambiance was great and location was easy to find on Google Maps.

Cons- They will charge you extra money if you are staying for 1 day ( if you r staying for more than one day then you don't have to pay extra) -The location is extremely bad... The hotel is located inside a society which means every time you want to go out you have to book ola ...since it's not located on roadside... And it is around 10 km from railway station Pros- Even if they charge you extra money.. still it will be around 800-900 and at this price getting such a nice room is rare... At this price it's the best hotel in the city -Staffs are well mannered and helpful Overall it was a nice experience staying here.. You should go for it.. and make sure you get a bike on rent so that you can go anywhere .. anytime you want

Stay at Avigna Residency 2 was really incredible. The room service was exceptional. The boys were really good. Location of the hotel is excellent and the price point is also good. I stayed for 9 days and it was really memorable. I would recommend friends and families to stay here when on a visit to bhubaneswar

I booked this place online and after a long train journey when i reached the place, all exhausted!! they started asking more money!! These people who are running these Oyo hotels in bhubaneswar have no ethics! No matter how much you try to reason with them, they just want more money! I had to leave the place and go search for another but no use, the same thing happened!! I had to pay extra because i had no other choice! Right now i am thinking if i could take legal action against these people!! The worst is the guy who was there and the place too!!

The room staffs litteraly take extra money from customers, when the price has shown less in oyo and it was my exam so i had to stay there at any how, but the staff member said me to cancel the booking from the oyo app outside our accommodation premises and then only they can give a room.

Worst hotel and worst service. Owner asked for more money even when I already paid the full amount online. 1. AC was not working. 2. Geyser was not working. 3. There was no proper drainage system in washroom, water was flowing inside the room. 4. No locks in washroom doors. 5. Sometime Wifi was not working.

Very bad service. Fans not working, ACs not working. Staff is very rude and don't respond to the mentioned problems. Overall don't stay here if you have any other option available
