Absolutely wonderful fairy tale like ambience. Beautifully appointed rooms and huge balconies. Just green every where you look and the water bodies and swimming pool are a treat to the eyes. They have six restaurants and all are different cuisine and different ambience and great food. The only disappointment was there was absolutely no hot water on all the three days we stayed. Overall a very satisfying stay.

This is one of the most lovely places I've ever stayed. You will feel royal luxury and a graceful aura here. Mayfair lagoon was created to be in a class of its own in the hotel industry. The encircling greenery adds a pristine touch. I attended my sister's wedding here. The room provided to me was just amazing, with TV, central AC, swimming pool, bath tub, and room service. The staff are extremely professional and competent! Overall one of the best luxurious experiences I've had ever.

The stay was pathetic. The people in charge for their respective works do not cooperate.The food quality is the worst. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for their stay. In fact the room condition was not even good. Everything was in a very hustle bustle manner.

One of the best hotel In India. The property is breathtaking that's why Sachin Tendulkar said that he wishes to carry in the entire property in a chariot. So you can imagine how beautiful it must be. Luckily we came across a wonderful macaw too whose name was blue 💙 which made the visit even more memorable. Services amazing. Food delicious 😋. Location Super.

We booked our package for 24.12.22 which included breakfast and an extra bed. The same-was confirmed by the hotel by mail and we made the complete payment. But during our check- in we were told that the package had been altered . The reservation head Mr.Tapan -quoted as due to dynamic rate change we altered your package and we could not inform you the same. I wish you could have shown some professionalism by informing us . Expected a clear and beautiful mind of working just as your beautiful property. Highly disappointed with such a disgraceful way of conduct.

The property is excellent. Every corner of the property has been decorated with beautiful articrafts adding to the over all architect.... The property is well surrounded with tress making the stay more lively... Rooms are very spacious and we'll maintained. Basketball/Tennis/Badminton courts along with Swimming pool/Table tennis/ Pool add to the entertainment... Very unique and amongst the best property to stay in. Poor senior staff... whatever you ask for they start with a NO, very unprofessional staff...

The place is superb in terms of decor and comfort... Staff is courteous and helpful. But food taste is average and even food related service from staff is average. Infact the bar lounge staff was way too casual in approach and quiet rude. But overall property is worth a visit and stay

Superb rooms and bathrooms. Very large and beautifully furnished with lovely balconies where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea or afternoon coffee. Excellent restaurants; we really enjoyed the multicuisine breakfasts as well as a wonderful meal at the Thai/ South East Asian restaurant. Thoroughly recommended. We will stay here when we tour Odisha again.

It is a beautiful place that both kids and adults can enjoy. People in wheelchair can also enjoy here at ease. The service and staff are excellent. It is a place for all.

Excellent. Good location. Plenty of parking space. Very neat and clean. Very well maintained. Rooms spacious, spotless. Lots of paintings in corridors, rooms, even balconies. Everything from swimming pool, jogging track, spa, etc etc available. Rooms not only air-conditioned, also has dehumidifier. Anyone from Bhubaneshwar will understand it's importance. Rooms have everything from bathroom slippers, complimentary coke, dental kit, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. If you really want to be picky and find fault, maybe you can complain that there is no shaving kit - but that is too much. Staff very courteous and helpful. They even visit rooms to enquiry if anything is required. Very green surroundings. Room service, 24 hours coffee shop- you name it, it's there.

I came here Bhuvneshwar on Thursday. and stayed nearly 3 days. actually speaking this hotel is very near by airport, hardly it is 7 km from airport. like other hotels you can't never expect a welcome drink while arriving. I should stay this is an ordinary hotel for the common people. I would never say good for those expecting luxury hospitality. but it's completely a budget oriented hotel. well, I am saying something about the room services, that should be an average one. I had 2-3 experience, while I am ordering something it will take long time to reach my room. To avoid delay I have to make 2-3 calls again and again. when I reached the next day, the second floor Wi-Fi became damaged. I complaints regarding this Wi-Fi in availablity repeatedly. Then each time they are saying "yeah we are correcting", but no results. actually I was to troubled with sending different emails immediately regarding my work. I was roaming so I have bad mobile internet connection. even I am inside the hotel I have to get out of the hotel to finding a internet cafe. I would say they don't care much about clients requirement.

We had a lovely stay here, the 2 nights we were in town for business. The folks at reception and those servicing the rooms were very courteous and hospitable. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Room was good, well maintained, with the right amenities, and hotel staff was very timely in responding to requests. The breakfast spread included with your stay was the best part of our stay. Overall very pleasant stay, and highly recommended for your Business or Vacation stay!

Mayfair lagoon was a treat stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and the natural light available. The staff was very cordial and they patiently solved all my queries very pateintly. Moreover the room was very neat and clean and they also provided me with the things I asked them for.

Probably the best hotel in Bhubaneswar. Definitely on the pricier side but you get what you pay for the most part. I have been a big fan of their food across their various properties and this isn't any different. The dosas in Mamma Mia Cafe are stunning!

We stayed in Mayfair Lagoon, Bhubaneswar in June 2022. Few striking features of this great property - it's spread across huge area, walk upto the room can sometimes be tiring for elederly guests, although the pasage is lined up with nicely crafted murals, pillars and tastefully lanscaped gardens; in room, you'll find a menu of different types of pillows from where you can order one of your choice & softness. In breakfast buffet, it's common in good hotels to have live egg/dosa/noodles/jalebi counters, but here there was a full fledged fresh juice counter with various types of fruits, with even sugar cane ready to be squeezed and served. In the evening, an attendant was standing by, enquiring if we needed drinking water replenishment or any other thing before retiring to bed. Out stopover was in the middle of a road trip, so noticed plenty of space to park cars. Rooms were spacious, view from balcony was mainly of garden, where there are various types of trees, carefully planted and nurtured.

This is a gem of property loaded with interesting artefacts placed in every nook and corner. It has Rich vegetation and water bodies. Feels like different world altogether. Rooms were huge and had all the things that are in 5 star properties, staff was courteous. Breakfast buffet had good mix of local and continental items, it was delicious

A really good place for holiday or work when in Bhubaneswar.. Has the old world charm, is plush green, has a lake and the overall hotel is done up in a very scenic way. Very friendly, helpful staff adds to your overall experience. The price tag, a bit higher, is quite justified

This property is one of the few 5 star properties in bhubaneswar. The rooms and ambience is great. This place has been constructed in a very large area with a lot of greenery. The restaurant (Tea Pot) has a very great view. I really enjoy my breakfast fast here.

Went for my brother's engagement here. Was seriously impressed by the ambience and the service by the staff. TOP NOTCH.they were fully dedicated to their service and didn't left a single loophole for complaint. I had a buffet lunch here. The food quality was awesome and the variety of foods can captivate anyone's mind and tongue. Bruschetta although became a bit soggy and desserts were not that much good. But the overall experience is good. The photo is taken while traveling the lawn side where this little lake is situated. The views were also great.

Everything else is picture perfect. Check in was smooth. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. However one thing that really put me off was that my key card didn't work and there was no other option to reach the reception and mind you if you're planning to walk back to the reception it's a good 8 to 10 mins walk. It's not all feasible if your in a hurry to check out or catching a flight. The check out process is also cumbersome and time taking

Mayfair Lagoon exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the serene lagoon setting was a true escape from the city. Dining options were excellent, and the facilities top-notch. Highly recommend for a memorable stay.

I have beed to 5 other properties of Mayfair and its Lagoon is one of the prettiest one. I could never imagine that one can find such a green and beautiful resort in the middle of a city. Excellent hotel with a very good ambiance. If pocket permits one must stay in this at least for one day. Of course the tariff is a bit high but it is justifiable. The interior decoration is super and one should see it and enjoy it. Food is excellent.

It's Good.. But it's too over done.. means can't understand in a local theme you have European style statues just beside a oriental statue. Don't understand just showing lavishness means .. With multiple restaurants Indian, Chinese, buffet, cafe ,south Indian breakfast, and 2 bars and other amenities of a started hotel They have a very beautiful odisha culture theme decoration I liked the most. And a huge property to venture. Their spa is also good with Jacuzzi & Sauna facilities. Perfect place for a weekend gateway It's inside the city mostly at center but inside Mayfair u won't feel anything.

Beautiful place with lots of greenery and good food. Better than all the hotels in Bhubaneswar, i stayed at Taj vivanta before i came to Mayfair and Taj was literally a box building on the highway with nothing nearby and it was so damn claustrophobic! Mayfair is centrally located and a must visit.

The best place to stay in Bhubaneswar! The ambience is excellent, brings you in nature. Full of greenery, with refreshing smell everywhere. Rooms are very spacious and it makes you feel that you are at home. Food is amazing and there is availability of any cuisine you want. They have standalone restaurants of Indian, Asian, Korean, and Italian Cuisine, along with a bar and a cafe too. The service is great and very welcoming. Overall, in this 5 star Hotel, it was really a 5 Star Stay.

I was flabbergasted to find such a paradise hidden in a tier 2 city. The resort concept in a city center hotel is amazing. The rooms are royal, the service is magnificent and the people are great. The prices for restaurants on site are on the higher side compared to their counterparts outside. Overall a great experience, will definitely return!

One of the best hotel experience i have ever had. Most friendly staff. Very clean and hygienic. Soothing and natural atmosphere. Great beauty. The rooms could have been better at this price what i felt.

Absolute zero coordination between the staff. They served breakfast stating it is complementary. Then they give a bill saying it is not complementary. I would never choose to have their pathetic breakfast (at least South Indian). Prices are quite high for the quality they serve. You could get better food at nearby restaurants. Rooms were just passable. Not so clean tables, sticky floor. Extra pillow given with dirty pillow cover.

We have conducted a meeting with the dignitaries and senior officers from 18 States and Union Territories here. It was a special Govt programme. Excellent arrangement. It is truely the best venue for gorgeous functions. The hospitality is superb. Guests from far and wide were accommodated in VIP suites. All possible services were provided by the Hotel management. Refreshments, snacks, lunch and dinner were all well appreciated. Very nice arrangement indeed.

Please do read the fine print before you enter this property. Puzzled? Let me share my experience. When I checked in they took the id of all my family members including the kids. I had prepaid the property through a travel agent. At the time of checking in I was very explained in a very detailed manner as to what was included in my package. Then I was shown in my room which consisted of twin beds, despite the fact that we booked more than a month back and they knew that we were travelling with kids. I raised the issue. They told me that the property was sold out and they would change the room the next day. The attendant said that they would provide us with extra bed to help the matters. We had no other option but to agree. The next day our room was changed and we had to pack all our things and move. We were again provided with extra bed. At the time of checking out the billing clerk told me that we will be charged for the extra bed. Then I told him that you offered us the extra bed upon which he said that you are being charged for the child aged 10. I asked him why didn't you tell me this at the time of checking in, to which he said that he was sorry but we would have to pay. We paid. Kudos Mayfair your annual balance sheet is now in green, hopefully. Second incident:- On our second night we opted for buffet dinner at restaurant named teapot. Before sitting I asked the concerned regarding the charges for adults and kids. He told me that kids between 8-12 are charged half and anyone above 12 years of age is charged full. My younger child is 6. He was ill that day and because of that he didn't eat anything. After having our dinner the bill was presented which charged for two kids. I enquired about this and I was told that child above 5 years of age will be charged. Upon which I said that one of the child didn't have anything so why are you charging him. I was told that since he was sitting in restaurant he would be charged as they couldn't assertion whether the child ate or not. Wow. I duly paid again. So my dear Mayfair if my first payment didn't make you rich, then hopefully billing a sick child will definitely usher you in the club of richest group in hospitality industry. As for the rest of us mortals, I request you to be away from this property unless you have no problem from being looted at every corner.
