Highly unsafe - Not safe for family I have encountered one of the most horrible experience of my life yesterday night. I came late from work and had just finished my dinner around midnight. Luckily I was awake when I noticed a man had entered my room and roaming comfortably. He even didn’t seem to be surprised to have entered wrong room. The moment I noticed, the man left the room in jiffy. Initially I thought the man must be from adjacent room, entered my room by mistake. However, by the time I followed him the man had left in the lift. I immediately requested the duty manager to check CCTV footage and check this unidentified individual. However, to my surprise I have been told during night their security personnel don’t work, hence any security related issue can’t be handled. Further, today morning, I again insisted to check CCTV footage, they informed me their security manager is yet to report to work. Very surprising that such a hotel doesn’t have supervisor whole night and despite such a serious issue, doesn’t report till morning 9.30. The whole hotel management was very casual on this issue and was rather interested in pushing this issue under the carpet. I have checked out now feeling frustrated, helpless and terrified. On other hand, hotel staff seemed happy that I have checkout. With folded hands, I request to all for your own safety, pls. Avoid this hotel.

Had a great stay in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The rooms have ample space and the breakfast spread is quite lavish enough. I loved it. You'll like it too.

The rooms are not all maintained. During entry, you might trip as there is a shallow area. The bathroom is not very clean. Lift is more than 20 years old. Food can be better. Location is the only silver line. Need to renovate immediately. Am not staying there till such time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Bhubaneswar, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The hotel's location provided a picturesque panorama of the city, making it a truly mesmerizing sight to wake up to each morning. Moreover, the amenities in the room were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The king bed I requested was ready for me upon arrival, and I didn't encounter any issues during my entire stay. The hotel's restaurant could have more options. I recommend staying here for an unforgettable and enjoyable stay. Kudos to the hotel staff!

The place is situated near to main road with entrance from side lane. The hotel has swimming pool, lawn, nice lobby. Delivery of service was not prompt. Our room had no hot water supply and it took time for resolution of the problem. The plumber made the whole room wet & dirty and the housekeeping did barely clean the specific spots. The table in suite room unstable. The sofa cum bed was also not comfortable at all. There was no place to hang hand towel near wash basin. The mat supposed to be placed outside the cubicle bathroom door had to be placed away as the same interfered with opening of main door of bathroom. Curtains in the living room of the suite could not be drawn fully and the gap remaining made possible view of inside of the room from outside which was not comfortable experience. The quality & spread of food was not interesting and service too was pathetic. Overall not a good experience considering this is a luxury 5 star hotel. However a signboard in the lobby indicated that the hotel was under renovation.

I wish I could give 0 star to them. One of the most unprofessional hotels ever stayed at. They charge for baby milk, baby food and even water. We gave them business for around 40 lac and still they refused to serve us at the best possible way. The staff is useless, they do not even know how to speak to their guest, unwelcoming, rude and what not. I had checked out and I asked for a water bottle from them, they asked me to pay for water else they will not serve me water. this is the hospitality they provide. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE FOR ANY OCCASION.

Good enough restaurant. The quality and taste of food is A1. The service is sophisticated too. Ambience gives you good vibes. Restroom is hygienic. All and all a very good place to have food with your family or mates. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because, for me the price was a bit too high compared to the quantity of food served. Else everything is very good 👍

Excellent service by staff. I liked the attentiveness of the staff while serving the tea , coffee, lunch etc. The idea of a welcome drink in morning before meeting to start is impressive and unique. Liked this property.

We booked 4 room. 3 rooms out if which around 1.15 pm were not cleaned and were messy . This not acceptable in so alleged Five Star Hotel. The Freshner used in entire Hotel is of cheap quality and smeels horribly .

Rooms and the corridor smell of something strage all the time. AC in the room works on its own. Hot water in the bathroom will be available when it feels like. You get highway traffic noise 24x7 for free! Most of the staff seems under-trained or under-paid. The only premium is in the hotel's name!

Very poorly maintained property claiming to be a 5 star hotel in the heart of BBSR city and close to the airport. Rooms are dusty, corridors moldy and bathroom taps-faucets leaky. The buffet breakfast spread is good, tasty but the service is average.

Located in Nandankanan road at the centre of Bhuvneshwar city. Easy to reach from station via cab. A very impressive infrastructure and lighting during night. A big enough rooms, clean and hygienic. Bathrooms are cleans. Service is good. Restaurant is available to serve good tasty food, staffs are very helpful. Availability of pool and gym. Ample amount of parking. Overall it was a good stay here.

It's not premium anymore. Went there for attending party. Washrooms are not well maintained. Staffs are good but not as good compared to other premium hotels. It was really good back then (10 yrs) not sure what's wrong. Giving 3 just because it was a grt hotel back then.

Would not recommend this hotel in bbsr . I stayed with my friends from overseas. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews. We were placed in a room at the very end of the corridor when my friend had a physical disability. Despite repeated reminders , we were not moved to an accessible room. On top of that the bill had charges that could have been adjusted since I had 3 rooms for a week! and I felt the staff was not trained to handle difficult situations . Breakfast buffet was below average and had little to no variation over the week. Corridors were dirty and there were frequent power cuts . Very sorry to have stayed here.

I visited 'The Gourmet' inside Swosti, to have team dinner. The ambience is what you can expect from a 5-star hotel, it's fantastic. A soothing pleasant music keeps on playing in the background. The menu has a variety of ample options to choose from (both for veg/non-veg people). While the food is nice, but you can expect it to be a bit bland for what it's worth. The desserts were good although. All in all, the place is very nice, you'll find it pleasant. We had a great evening, thanks to Swosti.

Hotel is at good location. It looks very luxury from outside. However if you enter into hotel ,you can notice laziness in very step of your experience they took.more than 20 mnts to complete check process. Literally I have to say to them "pick up guys". Once we enter into hotel, 1st thing we noticed is that there dusty and dim lights .there are no bright lights in room . The beds width very small and one can not sleep on the beds with out joining the 2nd bed. I called them to join the 2 beds. Bath tub is very dirty and there are lot of black marks on it broken tiles in both room. We were supposed to stay 2 days in hotel. However we checked out in next day it self. At time of check out also, they took long time to complete process. By bad my experience in this.gotel was not good at all

Good property to stay with family. Kids enjoyed a lot. Staff is very cooperative and kids friendly. We stayed during Diwali and to our surprise, they invited us to celebrate and burst crackers with the staff.

One of the best property in Bhubaneswar. Staff are very polite. Room service excellent on time. Morning Buffet Breakfast need more fresh fruit. And daily Watermelon Juice, I think need to change as per the long staying guest.

Stayed for two days. The morning buffet breakfast spread is really very good with a very large spread. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Small things to take care- cockroach observed in bathroom, tea cups in room not cleaned properly, in the corridor water leaking. Ravi

The worst service experience in this hotel. They kept us waiting for 2 hours to allocate the room though we reached after 12 noon. Poor maintenance of room. Very poor hospitality of the hotel management staff. They keep food stuffs inside rooms and impose extra charges while checking out the room.

The hotel location is on the highway which makes it easy to access. The hotel reception greeted us with warmth and helped us to get to our rooms. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent in terms of taste and ambience. Hopefully will plan my stay there again soon!!

I experienced a superior room, it was a good experience, the room was decent & spacious. Though the room floor was torn and was old. The blanket cover was so old that it felt too rough to skin. The ambience is beautiful and the reception is spacious & elegant. The Gourmet restaurant was nice and breakfast was decent. The Pasta I ordered for dinner was scrumptious. Overall a nice experience though the customer service can be worked upon.

Very friendly staff and quite accommodating as well. Quick service. We went there for dinner ahead of the opening time of the restaurant. Traffic was heavy and we had the pressure of catching a flight post dinner. So requested them to get our food asap and they did an impressive job without any compromise on the taste or quality. Huge hotel situated in the heart of the city. Ample parking space as well. Bathroom cleanliness is poor and hence I'll rate it only a 4star.

Unhyginc food, unclean washrooms. Shoddy service to say the least. Food are absolutely no taste. If this is called five star, than local restaurant is better then this. These people carry food in open (uncovered) when guests are in lobby even after telling them not to do so. The plates they use for lunch weighs almost 1/2 k.g. You will be tired after 2-3 min while eating. There were no spare tissue to offer, when the hotel was hosting 270+ guests. They are using heavy plates and poor qualty foods to stop you eating more. In the event , i asked for few extra chair for guest, the staff simply refused to do so. Certainly this is not so called 5star experience.

A superb luxury hotel with great food . The breakfast buffet that you get here is top notch, I was surprised with with verities of the food and the quality of the food we get here . Also the rooms are great and beautiful. Also there is a perfect balance between greenery and artificial things

Without the label of a global hotel chain brand, Swosti Premium is one of the nicest properties that I have stayed in the near past. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with the grand entrance lobby welcoming you from the moment you step a foot in. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The service is particularly outstanding. Every staff member greets you with a smile and goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as nice as possible. The breakfast spread at The Gourmet restaurant was spectacular, coupled with prompt service. We had the fortune of coming across several staff members who were always on their toes to make sure that we were having a great breakfast. In a nutshell, if you are planning a visit to Bhubaneswar, definitely consider staying at this property. You would not regret it. My regards to the entire staff at The Swosti Premium for making it a memorable stay for me and my family.

Nice hotel beutiful both exterior and interior. Room size sufficient but bed size is small our legs were coming out of bed. Clean bathroom. All basic amenities provided . Very good breakfast and dinner. Pickup drop facility good. Good behaviour of maximum staff . One female staff who was on breakfast duty for checking room number at entrance of gourmet on the day of 23rd April 23 was looking very strict, angry face, or without expression . Rest all very good 4/5

Throughout my 8-day stay, I had almost the same kind of items for lunch and dinner in the buffet. The rooms were clean but the fridge was not properly cooling. The service was fine, and the staff behavior was good. The buffet food was not so tasty but the ala carte food tasted very good. Security was also well maintained. The ambiance was very good. Overall experience was good.

Very good hotel. Bhubaneshwar as a city is awesome itself. The hotel is at good location. Very good property, good view, good location, very polite and professional staffs, awesome food. All is good here. A big swimming pool makes it more perfect. There is a gym also near by swimming pool. Rooms are good and comfortable. Restaurant is very good, buffet is awesome and tasty. Hotel is claiming 5 star and it's worth. Stay is pleasant. Can stay with family and friends. Good place to stay, dine and get together. Highly recommended.

The location is one of the best and prime. Jaydev Vihar! The view from the rooms is worth renting. Bhubaneswar just looks so beautiful from up here. We were on the 5th floor. Trees and buildings, together looked quite beautiful. The staff is very polite and helpful, just as they should be. The room service is superb and fast. The spa, gym and swimming pool are also well maintained. The lawns, parking lots, reception, front office, all floors are just amazing. This place is a must for foodies like me. The varieties, and obviously, the taste. It's all doin pretty good. I would love to visit again.

People were nice and friendly. Utum, the restaurant manager, was very helpful, and so were many of the servers. Room cleaning is very good as well. Two suggestions would be to provide other ways to exchange money or have an ATM machine in the hotel. The second thing is air conditioning in Lobby. Other than that, great stay!

The service and location is outstanding. However, I do feel that the rooms could be better maintained. The price is well placed and the place offers good value for money. The food in camps is comparatively expensive. There are plenty of places for parking. My stay has been quite pleasant in the property, but one time there was an issue while coming later with some scrutiny. Yet, I would recommend the place for a few days of stay in Bhubaneswar. The location is the best thing about the property!

Great place to live in if you are in Bhubaneswar. Excellent and spacious rooms and top class service. Everyone from the staff takes care of you so well. The food quality is awesome too with a wide spread of breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Everything about this hotel is premium, the staffs are well qualified and trained for their job. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The most amazing thing about their group is the kind of hospitality they provide to their visitors. Breakfast is great and the bakery section is delicious.

Rooms are dated. Hygiene is non existent. Bathrooms are Soviet style with leaky faucets. The check in evening, I realized the sheets were not fresh. Food service was pretty much dismal. Breakfast was like a bright spot, but does not feature much choice. Experience doesn't justify tariffs. Sorry, but not likely to return.

Ample parking space. Food preparation was pretty good. Facilities to arrange receptions, corporate parties, get together and marriage functions are there. Rooms are pretty decent but not best. Services and facilities in the rooms are poor. Behaviour of some staffs are rude which needs improvement. Overall ok ok type it is.

Congrats Swosti premium for getting 2nd 5-star hotel in Bhubaneswar. The old cook was changed but still, the new chef is cooking Excellent food. We tried Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Indian food. This 5 star goes to the manager. I liked the behaviour and attitude of the manager.

Extremely rude guy at the gate. Does not have sense to talk properly with anyone and behaves as the boss of the hotel. Dressing up in safari suits, they behave as if others are low class people and are committing a crime if asking them a question. Food and room stay is more than average. Better to opt for Swosti Grand near Railway Station than this hotel!

Being old style rooms maintenance is required. Still need to wait for 5-7 min for hot water in bathroom, which is nowadays almost immediate in other similar modern hotels. The check out is being done from one system only, which is creating 15 min waiting time. Food quality is great

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are small but very neat and equipped with everything essential. Most important, toilets and bath area are clean and well maintained. Service in the restaurant is a bit slow. But the food is good.

Expected much better from a Hotel with 5-star rating. Mini-refrigerator was not working. Bedsheets were creased. TV channels availability was very limited - could not watch the IPL Final in English. Food was the exception - lavish buffet breakfast spread, and decent a la carte menu for dinner, although expensive. Big, clean swimming pool and excellent gym. Decor is outdated and needs an urgent upgrade. Hope to have a better experience if I happen to visit again.

Stayed here on 28 and 30 Jan 2023. Mentioning the dates since the hockey world cup was going on at the Kalinga stadium, and we had gone for the final matches. The hotel's location is great as it was quite close to the stadium. The presence of Korean, Malaysian teams as well as Hockey India officials added to the excitement. The hotel is clean, well maintained and offers good facilities like gym and swimming pool. Reception and room services were great too, but the restaurant could have been more efficient. Apart from that, our stay was great and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

The rooms were good. The staff were courteous. The buffet had a good spread and good taste. The hotel is well located and close to the airport. We had a problem with the room fridge not working and had to make multiple requests to get it rectified. Finally it was resolved swiftly by Samaresh when we mentioned it to him. Very attentive staff all around; the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the servers were very nice, the food was very well prepared in the breakfast buffet and In the formal dining room. Comfortable and spacious rooms. I would recommend this place ☺️

I have gone there to attend a function of Rotary International District 3262. The theme was Rotary Eye Conclave 2022. I was a panel expert along with other panelists. It is one of the best Hotels of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Ultra modern facilities and amenities are available here. Quite gorgeous. Our function was held in the Conference Hall in the ground floor. Refreshments with quality snacks, tea and coffee, both veg and non veg food stuffs in the lunch were arranged. The programme was quite successful in which we mainly deliberated the Eyes care and blindness control programme. Service to mankind is service to God.

I've stayed in this property for 5 days around Christmas. Had an amazing stay with maintained gym and pool. Buffet breakfast was amazing, you name a dish,they have it. Location was peaceful. Helpful staff. I recommend staying here.

Good Place, vibrant compared to the other hotels and also the city itself. Has a good Bar. Food was good at dinner, but breakfast was ordinary. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms old. Overall good comfortable stay

Very hospitable staff. Nice food. Lovable ambience and cozy place to stay except that of tariff little on higher side and bathroom fittings has not been given proper attention. Lever to flush was not in proper function.

Now that's something overrated when I went through other reviews for this particular hotel... I had a very different experience which I would like to put across for other first timers like me to verify once before checking in. Please do not get swayed by brand visibility alone. Will enumerate one by one: 1. No Services were available in morning, had to waste 20 min in morning to get through the reception to get a person to check the washroom for warm water as it was freezing cold and I had a bad fever the previous night. Attenders went sleeping. I had to stand under cold shower on a Dec morning to get ready for my early morning flight. 2. The so called complimentary breakfast for early checkouts was so stale that it smelled foul in the plane, just couldn't throw it out of the window since flight windows don't open up in the air. Had to re-pack and bring it back to Hyderabad. 3. The Reception Desk Guy knows how to delay the customer on the name of checking out process since his counterpart took almost 15 min to ensure that the customer doesn't carry any of the complimentary products kept, like comb, tooth paste, brush etc... 4. Diabetic patients be aware, they don't put any snack or cookie for midnight sugar craves. 5. No Hair Dryer or Iron or Laundry Service available... I had to drape my crushed up saree to my work place. 6. In case you would request to meet the manager, then Reception Lady would bluntly refuse stating that it's against policy. 7. No help desk available floor wise, nor the extension numbers available for immediate calling in the room. One has to run to the lift to get the reception number. 8. Seems to be a lengthy post but the front desk didn't let me reach out to the management to put forth my concerns... 9. No feedback form available on demand also. 10. Guys, learn to listen to women especially Mothers coz they are at bigger tasks than just police-ing you for little known crimes. Just improve your services a bit.

A class hotel in the capital of Odisha. Wonderful to have been at Swosthi. Room service and food was exquisite. Loved staying here every bit of the time. Would suggest anyone who wants to stay in Bhubaneshwar.
