Changing this review from 5 stars to 1 star. Biggest reason is their customer support and professionalism. ********** MUST READ*********** I had ordered a hair system which was in 1+1 combo offer. While buying the item they showed so much interest and insisted that I go for the offer. They asked me to pay upfront and promised to deliver the items soon. It has been more than a year but I am yet to receive my order. Their Customer Service is unresponsive and the Local Centre has been delivering new orders but do not bother to clear old ones. I have been speaking to someone from their team on email but they have been delaying like anything else with FAKE promises of getting it resolved. They give new excuses every time and keep the act going on shamelessly. I advise new people to go to other shops rather than this one as they can play with you as well. Do have a look at the screenshots of mail conversation attached.

Best in catagory. Best doctor & cooperative staffs.... Dr Anjana mam is very friendly during patient interaction & explained in very simple language with lots of examples. Both Sushree mam & Puspa mam also guided a lot before & after my hair transplant. Other supportive staffs are also very friendly. Thanks to team Richfe Bhubaneswar.

Excellent hair treatment. Well updated equipments and skilled surgeons. Being a doctor myself i was bit skeptical about the whole procedure and treatment processes but meeting the staffs and seeing the services they provide and the easy accountability for everything really helps a lot in easing the mind off any fear and skeptic thoughts about the whole treatment. Besides the products are of good quality and effective. Overall I'm satisfied with each and everything. And I suggest everyone to atleast visit the place once if they r searching for hairfall treatment options..

Transplanted last year . Got very good result . Have taken surgical anaagain treatment also. Technician are very wellbehaved and experienced. They maintained hiegene environment also in clinic during treatment in this covid pandemic situation

I have couple of stuff to share based on my experiences. Location and infrastructure: Awesome Supporting and administrative staff: very good and helpful Coming to the most important component about the service by the consultant (bengali gentle man), the services are really poor. I really sugest the consultant as well as the Richfeel company to send their consultant for training at PHC clinic in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi to learn about the dressing and serices. I swear there is huge differences in customer service by the consultants in that clinic in Delhi. I also recommend the user to once visit that clinic and compare. I hope you will improve in future.

Stay away from these cheats. If you are considering consulting them for baldness please rethink. You will uneneseraliy lose thousands of rupees and your remaining hair.

The best part is the regular visit for my hair dressing. Subhasish really understands the needs and works his magic accordingly. He is a great guy,with an impeccable behaviour and humane touch. Dada thank you so much.

4 months ago I visited this clinic and buy products for 3 months . But it's waste of money. Not a single improvement i have seen. Very much bad experience.

I have been a customer of Richfeel for the last 3 years. Sibashish, the technician really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my requirement. Sibashish was chatty and friendly but didn’t force the conversation as some do. The output was exactly as I wanted it to be. Thanks to him, I am at ease with the hair and look I got. Highly recommended to visit.

Pls don’t ask for experience.. It’s totally a horrible… They are only sitting for Money.. money and money.. Front desk officer’s behavior.. OMG Girl Bouncer

Previously was suffering in alopecia, really it was in bad condition after taking treatment from richfeel now it's improved a lot , Doc and staffs are very cooperative ...they understand my problem patiently and solved..thank you richfeel bhubaneswar.
