The security outside managing the traffic is very rude. He misbehaved with me when my mother was visiting the showroom. Really disappointed. Won’t recommend Khemji seeing the staff behaviour. Edit: The owner has commented the same regret message in every bad review. I had already called the showroom, please let me know what action was taken.

The location of the jewelry shop is best. They have a wide collection of gold diamond and silver. The staff are behaving very well and in a good manner. During exchange of old ornaments they check it carefully and take it at a good price. Offers and discounts are also given during the puja and festive season. Opening hours:10 am to 10 pm

Bad experience with Khimji. Its a local jewellery shop with no transparency, professionalism or managerial skills. The quality of product is also not up-to the mark. They want to grow by cheating the customers. They have no answers for our queries. They do not have logical explanation for our concerns. It's a worst decision to rely on this jeweller and we regret it.

Pathetic service and poor quality jewelry. I had bought a nazaria bracelet for my 3months old baby, it broke the next day. When I questioned the quality of the jewelry(that too for babies)… they gave excuses and what not. Manager Anwar has no courtesy or ethics when it comes to customer service, I am disgusted by his behavior. What if my baby had ingested the broken beads, who would have been responsible? Never expected Khimji, a respected jeweler in Odisha to be so unethical and poor in customer service. Edit: Immediate action was taken by the CRM team. Store Head Navneeth was very helpful and took my complaint into consideration. Hope the kids jewelry are quality checked before selling in the stores.

A magnificent showroom with a great sense of hospitality towards their customers. They really have a huge collection. Although I loved some of the designs but most of pattern appear similar and quite dull. Although I found the Silver section and fashion jewellery section a bit interesting in collection. Overall it was grand and exquisite showroom as being one of the most trusted and oldest jewellers of the state. Parking facilities is available for 2 wheelers as well as 4 wheelers but as the area is crowded 4 wheelers may not find parking (situation dependent).

Not complaining about the quality of the products or anything it’s just as a human it saddening how the employees are treated by the higher management here. I guess, no one paid attention but I saw and as a human I just felt terrible. It’s not my first time and I have legit seen how these people work, and for what? To be treated like this? I don’t know how much change it’ll bring and I don’t even want to think how these people are treated when no one’s around.

Staff lack professionalism. They judge you based on the vehicle you take to their shop.. If you take car then staff and security will greet with namaskar and smile..but if you go on bike or auto, they won't greet you. Just want to ask those mannerless staff and security that how many cars do your family have that you throw these tantrums. Treat all the people as customers. Only giving water bottles and coffee doesn't mean you respect us a lot.

Good quality Jwellelry. They have good A Sceheme of Dana laxmi plan. Where you can monthly recurring and after 10 month you can buy any item from them.
