Nice place for family and friends

Generally this restaurant is good for dining especially if you are on your way to catch a train or flight. People generally stop here for refreshments before starting a journey. Whenever I have a flight to catch from Ranchi i take my refreshments here. But this time the hotel management was not proper and the waiters were not too responsive. I had to wait for an hour just for a sandwich that was too plain, not grilled. The restaurant needs to work on its staff, management, customer care etc. Overall a good place to stop for some tea and refreshments before onward journey.

This place is the right choice for small as well as big party. Proprietor is very gentle, humble and soft spoken. Foods are fresh and preparation is very sumptuous.

I visited little late around 9.45pm but it was really dark in there, the lights were really dim so some family might not be comfortable in that low light. But the service was okay and staffs were also fine.

Employees behavior is too good

The food is somehow okay but the services are too low...they really don't hear you and even serve the glass and stuffs after 15 minutes...they often check only with few families and don't take care of others...worst experience for the service!! Need to improve it

Do not order or go to this restaurant, they are begger, they steal quantity from orders before serving ( obviously for feeding their children ) and they cook the worst food! Stale food is the speciality of this restaurant, uncooked chicken is their special dish which you can get 24*7. Overall I would like to say "AATHU"

We had ordered chicken biriyani through swiggy and it was not properly cooked and there is knot of hair which seems belongs to a woman..... It was worst experience and after that i stopped eating chicken biryani.. Whenever I try to eat suddenly that hair knot or raw chicken came in my head. Although I visited restaurant many times and that was good but there staffs were not active and also the quantity of food was less If you visit try some veg food... I don't recommend chicken there .

DON'T LOOK AT THIS PLACE Pathetic food Chef doesn't know how much to spice up food Will surely lead to major heart or any physiological issues. These people early were the best in the locality but now it's just jabbing. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
