Good afternoon, this rating is for the Kantor inside the shopping mall ,the small Kantor inside on the right side as you enter ,completely agresive invididual ,very rude shouting at people .Don't go to this unprofessional to change money. Proper bad person,zero patience to explain things, communication level zero ,just very loud and aggressive. Thank you for understanding and please sort out this person .

Great shopping centre for everything. Spacious and nicely organized, very modern. Good prices and many different offers. Has place to eat with different bars and some nice cafes. Also cinema. Always visiting when in Białystok.

Spacy, good layout, nice food area, variety of shops - shoes, cloths, big supermarket, currency exchange, home good etc. Shopping mall has movie theater as well. One small minus - entrances don't have names or numbers, so, while ordering taxi pick up we got problems - taxi arrived completely opposite side of mall and while we were reaching other entrance, taxi left already. For foreigners very uncomfortable management with entrances.

A lot of markets and shopping mall is great with great customer service! Toilets are like clean. But a bit smelly. But I don’t mind. Anyways with good hot dog stand, with good services and delicious!

Nice shopping place with wider range of choice for customers. Good collection of electronic goods in Bialystok.

Nice and compacting shopping center. Great for clothes and shoes shopping, super market has big variety of things, as well and of electronic things. And don't take so much space, so will not lost much time but will find everything you need. Also many different places for to eat. Recommended

Resembles some of the shopping centres we have in England. Good selection of shops. Usually priced higher than a shop on a street but to be expected.

It's a decently sized shopping mall, with its biggest downside being that it's almost completely on a single floor and it's hard to find the shops that you were looking for.
