Medicines bought are not fully used for patients. Where does half medicine goes no one knows. Every person in the hospital asks for money. Normal delivery is not possible as doctor will tell you some problem that you can't avoid & have to go for operation. Staffs are not cooperative here.

A old hospital with poor services .. We are in deluxe room and room bathroom is full with odour , unpleasent smell ...Staff are like begger the demand money for each service... In a word average hospital with average services in gorakhpur

Hi i m dr Archana.very horrible experience.now after two month of gb stone lapro operation i m not good still no w i m dressing my all port afer infection.no manegement.no care of pt.no hygiene. agar ak dr. Ke saath aisa hua h to aam logo ke saath kya hota hoga.....

Very bad experience, laparoscopy surgery of my wife was there. She was facing a lot of problem after surgery.. 1st. Problem....urine retention due to anaesthesia induced , 2nd day im morning, dr advice for hot water bag to heat up the abdominal area. I thought that operated area shouldn't treat by heat but according to dr I have to do so. Till evening he discharged to patient without any management while the urine bladder was full of urine and very painful. No quick management for urine discharge. After 2 days dr advice for urine catheter. Also 2nd problem...All three port site of laparoscopy got infected after 15 days as the highly hard medicine was stopped. Dr was only testing medicine to control infection and saying for dressing at home, the medicine give very bad experience to wife then we decided to go to other dr opinion, the 2nd dr give us quick response, he self clean all three port of laproscopy and advice for regular dressing at hospital, the dressing is going on now a days. I deadly felt very bad experience at this hospital.

Very bad experience. Normal delivery not possible here as the doctors will definitely tell you some problem at the last moment. The staffs are non cooperative if you bribe then they will do your work. For discharge papers they ask for money. The prescibed medicines are not used fully for your treatment.

Very bad experience. All persons there want money from house keeping to accountant. They take money for medicines but do not use totally. Take money for child doctors but do not come up. Recommend not to go there.

This hospital is best for stone patients (gallbladder surgery). The doctor Mr. Aasim kumar is very generous human and understands the patients problem at every level. Charges are low for any kind of surgery which is available in this hospital. The nurse are very supportive and attend each patient very frequently. The bad things is the behaviour of Some Non tech staff which work in the hospital they are very rudely behave. And lots of mosquito in the hospital even in the ICU.

Dr sir & Dr mam both are best Dr in Gorakhpur.

Dr. Sayana is very good and nurse and jr staff is also cooperative. Only the manager (chhavi agrawal) she is very unprofessional. I request dr sahana to work on this otherwise the name which this hospital has earned will loosed soon. And i request to go all other patient who are read this review . Please be carefull while you deal with chavvi agrawal.

Too poor service, everytime you have to pay alot of money to all the staff. Literally they will ask for money. I am continuously running to hospital for records for insurance purposes and they are continuously asking to come later, this is happening from last 6 days. Very poor management. Very rude staff.

I must say that if u have any kind of problem related to your health u can visit to Shambhavi hospital Ma'am is too good and sweet towards a patients and she understands that feelings of patients too. She gives exact medication to patients not additional one like other doctors do.

Doctors and nurses are good but billing staff sucks. The amenities they provide is underated, specially PRIVATE NON-AC ROOMS.
