Maine is a tough place to find good BBQ. Ore Nell's exceeded my expectations. Moist, tasty meat combinations (blackened style) but not overly spicy. We ordered the meal for two and it was a perfect balance of brisket, ribs, and pulled pork with a combination of excellent sides. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's the best bbq I've had in Maine. We will definitely be back.

This was the style of BBQ we happen to like! It was moist and plentiful. Great tasting sides too! We split a platter and ordered a side of fries. The created in-house drink with a twist of orange peel was SO delicious! I would return just for that! We will be back!

Wife chose this place for her birthday lunch. Ordered the coffee house wings, BBQ for 2 and two sides of fries for my 4 year old and 1 year old. Wings came out and were really good but the wife couldn’t eat them due to some sort of Smokey spiciness to them. BBQ and fries and potato salad came out and apparently the only spice they have is black pepper. Everything was absolutely doused in it. Why would you bring a 4 year old fries completely covered in pepper?????? I don’t expect everyone to cater to us but if it’s made clear a small child is a picky eater maybe lay off the spices?? The waitress casually offered to have them remade plain which happened. Wife couldn’t eat any of the BBQ because of the amount of pepper on everything. I am very tolerant of pepper and spice but I took a bite of the ribs a literally couldn’t taste anything other than pepper. We spent $95 for BBQ we didn’t eat. But the wings were good so I guess there’s that. Pics included to illustrate the amount of pepper. I’ve lived in Houston Tx, this ain’t it.

Our server was great he explained what some terminology was and suggested foods, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was good the brisket was moist and tender had a good smoke ring

A little dark. The app was good. Loaded potato. Glad we got that. Nothing else came with meal just sandwich. Wait staff was okay. My bar drink was half empty with a lemon peeling! I was happy of a Barq place. The food was good.

Wow, run, don't walk here- fantastic dining experience. Our server Kelsey, was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, Emily, behind the bar provided some excellent cocktails and the food prepared by Chef Jason, was spectacular. Southern Barbecue at its finest! We had the BBQ for 2 to get a feel for the place and were thrilled with the attention to detail and homemade freshness of everything. Can't wait to go back to this lovely establishment. The decor was charming, clean and comfortable- a real gem in this town.

A new bbq place is on the block. And boy was it good. The menu isn’t to expensive with items not going over 30 unless you order a family feast.(89.99). They don’t have a soda fountain. It sell sodas in cans.(so you’ll need to pay for a refill such is for smaller joints. I had the pulled pork sandwich,Mac and cheese and a side of jalapeño cornbread. The meat was nice and moist, with some good bbq. The mac was cheesy bath the bread was kinda ok. It was drizzled with honey and I honestly expected a kick. There wasn’t a kick to it. Overall a good place for some good ol bbq.

The food and service was fantastic, thank you for bringing the food out to me while I waited with dog. That being said, the food is full of flavor I wasn’t able to stop eating! Highly recommend this place best BBQ I have had in a while
