Overpriced nothing at this place. Why they are popular is very odd. Will never go back to this restaurant, nothing special here. Average food, and horrible service. I'll give my business to a local company that puts care in their food and service.

Yesterday my mom and I ordered pickup because we were going on a picnic. Once we got to our destination we realized they hadn't put her salad in the bag. Not the end of the world, we split my you pick two and called to let the store know. Today I go to eat the salad we picked up on our way back through and instead of it being the correct southwestern salad it's a ceasar (soggy croutons and all). I'm very disappointed.

Why is this place still in business? Food is mediocre at best and their employees are rude. Never again!

Sometimes they get things right. Most of time the order is missing something. Very dirty restaurant. Foh and sandwhich line is dirty. Customers can see this. Amy Lee is horrible and rude employee. Doesn't understand that a little friendliness would go a long way. Not sure why she is still there. She is vial towards customers and should be fired in my opinion. We will avoid this location in the future.

Overpriced. Small portions and bad service.

This location is in a great spot, is very clean and has friendly staff as well. The food is delicious and during the busy lunch rush today I was doing some work on my computer when a staff member (I wish I got his name to commend him) came over and asked if he could take my dishes away, wiped my table down for me and offered to get me a glass of water. All of which he did not need to do as he was just cleaning up and removing dishes from the collection area. I appreciated that extra step of kindness and service as it made my working lunch easier. Thank you & I will definitely be returning again.

Came into this establishment today 11/5/19 for lunch with my husband. We've been coming here for a while but, today was the LAST day I will ever go here. The lady who took our order was rude and snippy and threw attitude straight away. There was another woman "helping" an elderly lady pick out a gift card (the elderly lady was confused) and she was giving her attitude. After placing my order I went to the counter to grab my food...1st they were out of sour dough bread 2nd my sandwich was cold...like really cold and it has always been made warm. Also got the turkey chili which looked like it had been sitting for hours. I can get over the fact my food was cold...it happens HOWEVER I can't get over the way we were treated.

Went here recently for dinner with a party of four, three of us became sick. The sushi looked and tasted as if it had been left out for a day or two and when my husband cut into the potato in his ramen, the middle was completely rotten and dark brown. My wine glass was also dirty. The one star is for the server who was very pleasant and attentive, however it could never make up for the sickness that came after. We should’ve taken it being almost empty on a Saturday night as a sign...

The sushi is fresh, and the ramen has a rich flavor. The chef gained experience working at Miyaki in Portland and it shows. His seafood is locally sourced and he seems to put a lot of thought into his use of local ingredients. The Korean dishes are excellent as well. The owner and staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

The most awful Panera I’ve ever been to. I had to repeat my order 5 times because the employee at the cash register didn’t understand, and she didn’t give a buzzer for a 30+ min long wait. The grilled cheese also came with the wax paper that separates individual slices

They refused to take cash for my order. Poor customer service and cleanliness

Actually in restaurant now. They are under staffed n rude. Not reading reciet before all items you ordered are handed to you. Woman snatched reciet out of my hand. Rude. Maybe you should call in if you don't want to be there.

Somehow half of our order didn’t end up in our bag- no big deal! These things happen! Then when we went back to get the rest of the food we paid for (and one employee realized after making us our sandwiches that one of the original sandwiches was actually behind the counter) another woman behind the counter accused us of lying to get extra sandwiches... Panera, stop overworking your employees to the point that they’re nasty to your customers. Yikes.

The food was great. People was helpful. Will go again.

The food was great! Everything was clean service was friendly and accomidating.

I have been a long time, regular catering client of Panera but unfortunately they have messed up so many times that I’ve had to sever the relationship. Management is super friendly but the line staff either doesn’t care or can’t read. They can’t ever seem to get it right.

Prices keep going up, portions keep getting smaller. You'd be better off going to a less corporate place.

Their "Jin Ramen", is basically plain chicken broth. I went there one day to get some ramen, because I was sick at home all day and needed soup. I ordered a soft boiled egg (that cost me $2 extra) and they didn't even give it to me when I picked it up. So I was charged for nothing. I can't explain how much I was looking forward to this soup, you let me down Jin Ramen. Never again.

Everything is delicious. Fresh ingredients. Very polite and fast service. Best sushi around. Staff is super cool. Huge recommendation!

Awesome place

We had to wait for the outdoor seating to open up. I had the golden dragon sushi and the spicy miso ramen. My brother had the godzilla sushi and the same ramen. They were all excellent and worth the wait. Good service too.

Got the wrong food, wasn't really quality, extremely slow, and food was not worth it. I'd avoid this place and go to any other option around, Kobe in Biddeford blows this out of the water as much as I'd hate to promote a chain over a small business.

Highly not recommended! Sushi chef was sneezing all around raw food. Our soups were horrible, and gave us stomach aches. We tried them for a second time against our better judgement. Go to Que Huong in biddeford for top quality ramen and other great dishes.

Not impressed with the food or the service.

Good clean sushi in Saco. The rolls are minimalist and very clear on their flavors. Cauliflower appetizer was wonderful. Service and ambiance built on to the clean flavors to create a relaxing experience. Check in before heading over on the hours as they change often. Maine roll was fantastic. Recommended.

Very friendly staff. For 8.99 a month you get all the coffee or tea you want every 2 hours! The coffee is very good and a lot of tea selections to choose from. The restaurant is always very clean. Excellent customer service.

The new flatbread is pretty good.

Margarita pizza is a plain cheese after getting the whole order home, salad is good, soup great but aggravating paid more for the Wrong pizza Live & learn

I can't begin to describe the kindness and helpfulness of this staff. I ordered the lobster roll (which we don't have at our Panera in Jersey) and was truly astonished at the sheer size and deliciousness of this sandwich. My friends were amazed as well! When I visit Maine again, I will definitely visit this business!

Had a $3.00 gift card from T-Mobile Tuesdays. Had a breakfast sandwich with avac6, tomato, egg whites. It was very good and a good deal with the gift card.

Had the pecan twist that was delicious! Also had cinnamon crunch bagel which is very good. Lemon drop cookie was ok. Service was great!

The orange scone was good, but the sausage on my breakfast sandwich was tough.

I had a french toast bagel today. My other favorite is egg and cheddar cheese on brioche. I had agave lemonade on ice; so happy that they have lemonade in winter!

Delicious. Sushi and ramen both delicious. Not much on the ramen selection but plenty of sushi options. The broth for the ramen was very flavorful. Taste, presentation, and portion were all good. Will be going back. *Update: I've gone back and tried more things and its still 5 stars. Unagi, Mexican Roll, Teriyaki Dinner, and veggie gyoza dumplings... It wasnt all for just me 😉

The food is delicious and the chef is so incredibly kind and accommodating. We ordered takeout and mistakenly ordered one less item than we needed, and the chef quickly made this extra item in 5 minutes despite the fact that they had already closed and it was our error! The sushi is so fresh, and the restaurant is very clean! Highly recommend for dine-in or takeout!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and talking to the chef. He has a lot of impressive experience at some of our favorite restaurants in portland. It's always nice to support someone with a solid background in building a dream of owning a business in a small town. Plus, now we can get some great food close to home!!

Made an order today for my son and I, asked specifically to make sure the veg sushi was packaged separately bc of a seafood allergy and double checked and was assured it would be. It was not. All sushi packed together in the same platter. I was unable to eat. But my son loved it.

5/5 best sushi and Korean food in Maine and New Hampshire. I've been eating here for the better part of 10 years (when it was Hanabi) and can't say enough great things about it. Every dish, roll, experience has been superb. Friendly staff, great food, I currently drive from Waterboro to eat here and used to regularly make the trip down from Portland when I was living there to eat here, great place.

We just got takeout from here for the first time. We got three different types of Ramen: Jin, chicken nanban and spicy miso. Each of them was absolutely stellar from the broth, to the chewy noodles, to the super yummy toppings. I couldn’t tell you which one was best because we loved all of them so much! The spicy miso was the best spicy miso I’ve had anywhere. Service was fast, the chef is very friendly, and everything was packed well to make it home safely. I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back to try more things.

Full disclosure I'm not a sushi guy all of my friends are and they swear by this place I go for the ramen it's amazing so nice that I don't have to drive to Portland for quality ramen also great apps I highly recommend the pork buns and the spicy cauliflower which is tempora fried cauliflower tossed in hot sauce very yummy!

You will not be disappointed with anything on this menu. The chef takes such pride in his craft. High quality,fresh ingredients. I am so excited they are open for lunch now and they are serving specials. It is hard to recommend just one dish,but I will say some of my top choices are; the spicy scallop roll,poke bowl,korean chicken and just recently the special korean steak roll. We have become regulars it is so good. It is really great to see Saco making its way on the map for good food. As much as I want to keep this place all to myself,it is a must go if you are in Saco.

Sadly, I was in a position to order delivery from Panera. Generally I find the business acceptable and sufficient. My order through Uber eats arrived timely and well handled. The quality was horrible, poorly prepared and very disappointing. I don't understand the fad excitement of this institution and find that it is a poor representation of an upper scale fast food restaurant.

Only giving 3 stars because they have good food and the girl at the counter seemed like she was doing all of the work. I wouldn't bring kids here as there were like 5 teenagers hiding in the back talking loudly and swearing. So keep in mind they weren't really professional at all. Sadly this is probably going to become the norm because kids my age (16-22) are lazy nowadays and don't want to do anything.

The cashier Jessica didn't understand what I wanted to do, but She got us on the same page!! The wait time is to be expected. The food was delicious. Not all Paneras have hot food. My soup was hot enough to last the trip back to My hotel in S. Portland!

Cashier who put in my order was not personable at all and did not put my order in correctly. It was her second day on the job, she was poorly trained as she had no idea what she was doing. Obviously I blame management for this not her, you are only as good as your training. Bacon, egg, cheese croissant was unremarkable and tasted of cleaning solution, almost as if they had cleaned their grill and not rinsed it properly. Not impressed at all. I used to frequent this place and never had any issues. Seems like it has gone downhill recently. Not sure if I will return. Update: Returned and got a cinnamon crunch bagel, first three bites tasted of garlic. Word of advice, don't cook sweet and savory bagels on the same pan. Losing a star for that.

Panera Bread has gotten kind of seedy over the years. The food is mediocre at best in spite of their marketing. Actually the marketing is better than the food. The personnel has gotten kind of seedy as well. Perhaps it was the pandemic, but I seem to recall that this trend started before the pandemic!

A wonderful young man named Matt made my food. I have never been so delighted by such an efficient and kind worker. This is by far the best Panera Bread I have ever been to. Thank you to Matt for making my visit outstanding.

The recipe says no arugula but the added so much that I couldn’t get all of it off. I wasn’t able to eat this because I’m allergic to arugula

Had some to kill, was hungry, and havent been to one since i moved, stopped by. It was warm enough to sit outside and the staff was very helpful in my decision. I ended up getting a lg salad with grilledchicken and balsamic blueberry vinegarete dressing. There was enough to me to take home. Also has a lg fresh made peach ice tea, delicious and just the right amount of sweetness. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. It wasn't busy so we were ordering and getting our food rather quickly. The store was very nicely decorated and clean. Definitely worth the trip if your in the neighborhood. Have to be in the area every 2 weeks so i will be trying alot of new thing's and I cant wait.

Customer service at the coffee window regarding a mistake I made in the app was FANTASTIC. Friendly. Kind. Understanding. This is what service everywhere used to be like.

I went late in the day (445 today) so the selection at the bakery was limited... Pecan twist was very stale, bread loaf was available and sliced nice and thick. Not many bagels available- was pretty hard this time too. Definitely aim for morning only for bakery items. Other times I've been, I loved getting the black bean soup... Sooooo tasty!

I went in today and was waited on by Zander. Only one other person in line. I quickly ordered the southwest salad and a chocolate eclair. As Zander entered the order, he seemed annoyed that I asked him to input my phone number. (Sighs and eye rolls). Just as that order was wrapping up I said I's also like a dozen bagels. More sighs and eye rolls. He sauced them and put them in two plastic bags and handed them to me. I asked for a bag, more sighs and eye rolls. Zander should find another job if he gets annoyed with a quick and simple order. Hope he has a better attitude other days.

This Panera has failed my family lately. It use to be a good Panera but I don't feel like that now. My family of 5 has had at least 2 dinners screwed up or gross the past few times. 3 out of 5 happy customers isn't a fun ride home

Best place I've ever eaten in my life. The cheddar broccoli soup was on point. I dipped my White Cheddar Steak Sandwich into it, it was literally the best thing I've ever eaten hands down. Got the chicken pizza it was also very satisfying. I wish I could have eaten a pepperoni one as well as I'm not around a Panera very often but nevertheless was a great meal. Chocolate chip cookies beat any other kind. Microwave it for best effect cause they have one. But the chicken rice soup wasnt anything special. And CAFFIENATED LEMONADE? These people know what we want and they give it to us, 100% satisfied.

Had the turkey avocado blt sandwich a little expensive but was excellent. The sour dough bread very soft and veggies very fresh. Also had the flavored green tea very good not too sweet. Very fast service. Atmosphere was great very clean. Definitely going back.

I was very disappointed today when I picked up my broccoli cheddar soup. I love Panera and I haven't been there for a while. The price went up and today there was not one piece of broccoli in My Soup. I was so disappointed I could have drank the soup. No chunks of broccoli at all. It cost more and I got less

I visited this Panera Bread location for dinner last night. I was very impressed by how speedy they were. Not only this, but when I brought to their attention that my sandwich was input incorrectly, Logan was quick to remake it with all the correct modifications. Overall, friendly staff and great service. I will be coming back.

Came In for lunch, got the turkey avocado half sandwich with the turkey chili. With got the almond sandwich add avocado and the butternut squash soup. Soups were decent. Sandwiches were horrible. I might have had 2 oz of Chx on my sandwich cheese managed to all be outside of the sandwich, and both of our avocados were BLACK! Not brown or bruised but rottin and black. For a 6$ half sandwich I'd like the avocado to be edible.

Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful! The food was expedited quickly and delicious! I love coming here! Will 100% be returning many times.

Very uncomfortable environment staff wasn’t friendly and packed out dine in order to go. They started vacuuming and hour before closing and some staff sat directly behind us which was uncomfortable considering the rest of the dinning area was completely empty. This made us feel extremely rushed.

Was really busy. Got our food quickly and correct. It was delicious. Was running like a smooth Operation. Thank you very much.
