When you read reviews online , they are mostly mixed and you take it with a grain of salt when going for a service. Unfortunately for us, we were met with experience on bad end of spectrum. The masseuses had no techniques and most of the time instead of being relaxing, it was hurting( sometimes feedback on pressure was heard sometimes not). I generally get lulled to sleep with a massage but I was constantly alert today. Second, the timing though confirmed multiple times and paid for was 60 minutes, our massage lasted for 30 minutes. (2.20-2.50). When given this feedback post shower, the front person instead of helping by giving comp said we should have alerted them in the room right then and there. anyway lesson learnt! hope this helps someone else make their informed decision.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I had a massage and facial, and both were excellent. The massage therapist was very skilled and knew exactly where to apply pressure to relieve my stress. The facial was also very relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend

Useless Massage! It was a total waste of money for me. They don’t have any trained professionals. The masseuse suggested me not to take Deep Tissue massage because it’s not effective in a 1 hour massage, are you serious? They simply don’t want to put any effort. They asked if I wanted to have a green tea after the massage but then it was never served. Bad odor in the room. Overall bad service, very disappointed.

We had a really bad experience.. They charge high..but the services were so bad. The reception lady would surely cheat you saying alot of things in the beginning.then they wpuld say one hour massage..but the girls would hardly massage you for 40 mins..the girls are not even trained as they dint know the proper strokes for massaging.. We went for a couple massage may be they were not interested as we dint ask for extra services.. Worst massage ever.. Please dont fall for the trap..

Never Go to this Spa. They are biggest cheaters. They commit 60 minutes therapy outside and finished in 35 minutes only. Completely unprofessional Spa.

This was my 1st time in a Spa. They made sure we were comfortable enough. We went for a couple therapy. The receptionist was very accommodating. Our therapists were very thorough with their work. We were definitely very happy with their services. Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody around Salt Lake.

It’s not a spa for a proper relaxing massage.

I visit this spa , this is really very good spa. All are stuff is good behaviour and professional, I like it this spa 😍

Visited a couple of times and shortly it will be thrice, so it's well understood that they didn't disappoint me. Truly Good :)
