Pros:
1.
They
take
care
from
end
to
end,
including
getting
admission
done,
getting
surgery
time
booked,
co-ordinating
with
Doctors,
getting
discharge
done.
2.
They
pay
your
co-
pay
amount
so
instead
of
paying
10%
you
just
have
to
pay
3000
or
so
even
if
the
total
bill
amount
is
over
100000.
3.
They
arrange
for
pick
up
and
drop
cab
to
and
from
Hospital.
4.
You
don't
have
the
hassle
to
follow
up
with
insurance
guys
and
don't
have
to
do
any
paperwork.
5.
The
Doctors
they
provide
are
well
qualified
and
experienced.
Cons:
1.
You
do
not
get
to
choose
your
own
Hospital
as
you
have
to
go
with
the
Hospital
provided
with
them
which
are
not
top
Tier
Hospitals,
however,
Doctors
provided
are
top
Tier.
2.
When
you
are
admitted
to
hospital,
the
Doctors
visit
only
to
perform
surgery.
Pre
and
Post
surgery
visits
don't
happen.
Also
you
do
not
get
to
speak
to
doctor
directly
and
have
to
go
through
Pristine.
3.
The
overall
surgery
bills
are
higher.
Though
it
is
paid
by
insurance,
it
reduces
your
available
insurance
amount
for
a
given
year.
So
you
can
decide
what
matters
for
you
and
go
accordingly.
I
would
rate
them
4
out
5.
