We friends went for an evening for a get together it has a nice ambiance and the food was quite good, we had Chinese and some snacks, it was good. The service was good and the people were polite and good. I have not stayed there so cannot comment on rooms

It was an average hotel… rooms are neat though require renovation in paints… food especially breakfast is monotonous…South Indian restaurant is good…yes , felt safe and only worth was near to work place so I stayed longer.

My stay at The Staddle was truly memorable. The elegant rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. The attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. While the dining options were decent, a wider variety would have enhanced the overall experience.

I have been here twice. Once for a birthday celebration and now for my friends wedding. It's a good place. Not too far away. Easily located. The ambience is good too. The ground is huge the hall is good. Beautifully decorated. Overall 8/10.

Good hotel to stay. Compatitive to some close to airport it's good but price could be better. The food is great one also has an choice of good South Indian food. The breakfast is great with lots of choices. If you want peace this can be a good place. But noise insulation between rooms need to be improved a lot. Everytime a bell rings i think it was my room and when I checked it was neighbour room.

We went for Family outing on 31st night. Superb decor ,food environment. Staff is well behaved and i must thank them for dance troupe performace that was there. Just like to add if more open fireworks can be added next year will be good.

Pathetic experience with the hotel. I have been following up with the hotel for quotation for a banquet booking since last 2 days but the staff is completely non responsive. This is un-heard of in the hospitality business. I strongly recommend others to take this review under strong consideration while booking this. If they are unresponsive a 50 person banquet which will cost more than Rs 50000 imagine how they will treat you for a Rs 4000 room.

Ambience is fine. Clean space and very courteous staff. Staff is helpful and supportive. You can find food courts inside with delicious items to make you lick your fingers. Parking facility is available. Location is easily accessible and entry is on the road. You can visit this at salt Lake stadium kolkata.

It was 5 days stay in room 107 at the stadel from 30 june to 5 july .it was very bad experience in this hotel . Front office staff is not responsible for any thing. Restaurants staff is very rude specially restaurant manager. Room was very dirty and tiles was broken . dirty bathroom. Morning buffet was very nice. I have also left feedback form at reception while check out.

We went for a marriage ceremony. The place is spacious and beautiful. It is for ceremonies like this and has the perfect atmosphere. It was luxurious as well.

The place is situated at Salt Lake adjacent to Salt Lake stadium. The ambience of the hotel is very soothing. Food quality is good. South Indian cuisine is also famous.

Pleasant Stay at this property all thanks to my last minute plans which landed me in this place. The first thing is that it's location is a good one for Salt lake area and the quite surrounding is a bonus. The staff is courteous, helpful and prompt. The rooms as it will be evident from the photographs are clean and hygiene. The room size is huge compared to a lot of similar hotels. The beds were comfy and clean fresh sheets ( big plus there) and the AC worked nicely as well. There was a pub also on the property which I could not visit. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a good spread of continental and Indian dishes. The restaurant ambience is easy on the eye with good seating. Overall my take is that this is a great value for money property and hope they keep up the good work.

Amazing three star boutique hotel under the salt lake stadium. Excellent food & polite and friendly service at affordable prices. Must check out. The club house area which includes gym, swimming pool, spa area and a poolside restaurant feels premium and the facilities should be utilized especially by those living in Salt Lake area.

according to some pathetic policies they have ..they did not allow us check in. they didn't offer cancellation as well. The staffs i don't know which era are they coming from specially the manager who kept being mute and just nodding the head to whatever we said. I would suggest you to mention this old and stupid policy on highlights so that other guests don't get deceived.

This venue was hired in family for weddings and never was disappointed, the service was amazing and people loved the setups as the venue is spacious to hold a big event with different areas for stage construction, food lay outs etc, one star less is for cleanliness of the washrooms !

I have visited the hotel number of times before. It was always a pleasent one. But on 6 Jan had a terrible experience. Had to return not finding a parking space. Most unhelpful security staff.

Looks shabby from outside, painting was going on. Once inside it looks like a decent hotel. Staff and security is courteous, restaurant serves reasonably good food. I only took the buffet lunch though.

Quality of food is not up the mark. Ambiance is nice. But I think they need to improve there food quality specially chicken items and desert section (ice cream).

I went attend a meeting. Conference room was booked. While I got down from my car the I asked the security for valet parking, he assured me. After the meeting I found that my car was parked outside of hotel. My driver told me that they didn't allow him to park the car inside hotel. I didn't expect such rude behavior to a guest. Food is not good. Quantity is less. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel for any function.

This is the 1st time we had a Buffet Lunch at Stadel but we had a horrible experience. Each and every dish that were present were TASTELESS and most of the dishes were fermented. Fishes were fermented, Salads were tasteless, Veg items were little rotten and horrible. Over All it's was TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. The Ambience was very good and the Staff were very cordial.

Pathetic experience. The food is very expensive with no taste or value for money.Comparatively we found the drinks to also be very exp (5x)...as compared to 2.5x, to other pubs. The volume was lowered in the pub becoz some Corporate meeting was going on in the pub . Sheer waster of money and time.

The Stadel is a well known hotel in East Kolkata region. It is located inside Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan. The best way to approach towards it is Gate no 3 of the stadium. There is a big grass lawn at the hotel arena where a party can be organized. It is well connected through road.

Rooms require refurbished but are decent to stay... Breakfast needs to start early - present start time was 7.30am Very courteous and helpful staff at front office (Supriyo) and at the restaurant

I was at a banquet attending a marriage invitation. It is a very spacious hall and the interior and decor was excellent. Very apt for such functions. One thing which put me off was the location of the washbasin. A very basic need was placed atleast 100mts away from the dining area, that too outside the hall, through the corridor and via a restaurant. Otherwise nice experience...

The most worst food I have ever tasted. We tried grilled fish that's not actually grilled and was completely cold. And a bad smell was coming from the fish. Ambience was good but the food...... Horrible....!!! Plz think twice before you book for a banquet party.

For banquets and parties... The restrooms are in pathetic conditions... Flush not working... Cleanliness not maintained... Stinky odour... Nightmare specially for ladies who are at an extra risk for UTIs...

Good location and neat n clean rooms. However they don't have good variety of food for breakfast buffet.....Quality of dinner also is average compared to Market standards 🤔 Need to improve Quality of mattress they use for the bed as well

Went there for Christmas dinner. The buffet didn't have much options. The taste was awful. Quality wasn't up to the mark. Spend almost 2000 bucks which was a total waste of money. The attitude of the staves and waiters were very unprofessional and argumentative.

This place is always good and at its best. The management seriously need to do something to make it more appealing and updated. This place is attached with other businesses like Stadium and Police Office that maybe the reason that they are not able to make it happening like the way other new places are. However, basic things can always be done. All the very best.

Shabby place with awful service. Staff are very cold, sparingly cooperative, and sometimes unprofessionally argumentative. Rooms have uncleaned floors, rusted toilet fixtures. The bathing area is often clogged with water. Cushions are very bad smelling. Lobby floor is wavy as if caved down somehow. There was no toilet near the conference rooms, and one has to travel the entire length of the hotel to access a toilet, which is smelly. The beamer in the conf. room was used to watch FWC final, and the next day, we had to wait lengths to get it back! As a result, we could not start our program on time. The beamer often was not working and support staff also was very difficult to find. The only positive was that the food was okay and palatable. Breakfast was bare minimum in variety, and it started 7:30 am, which was very late to our standard.

Visited Rasam to satisfy the craving for some Dosa. The place definitely did not disappoint. Paper Plain Dosa was wafer thin nd crispy, sambhar was good enough to be packed for home ☺️ Need to try the other restaurants before giving a complete review

The ambiance and staff behaviour is awesome. Huge spread in the buffet. Taste could be better but not at all bad. Loved the litchi welcome drink. Got an offer that the billing person proactively provided. Currently the Bengali kitchen is closed but still they gave me a Bengali dish on special request. Loved the gesture. Overall delightful experience.

The experience is worst. Especially the staff made u wait for one hrs. Even the head of the management is rude in behaviour made us to come for three days to cancel our event.we cancel our event becz they didn’t provide ny help from their side we continuously called them to marriage ceremonies arrangements but they r in vain for three months.. rooms n not good too.the banquet we booked also not good

It is a good place to put up, but expected a bit more from a hotel of such stature. It has basic facilities in place. Fresh towels and sheets, cleanish rooms, toiletries, working electronics and appliances. Breakfast is decent and has the basics covered. Staff is helpful but a bit lost in terms of coordination at times. They failed to recognise me as a guest after sometime. Did give me a small discount upon request. Checkin checkout time is fairly fast... Could be better. Noisy wedding ceremony was causing a bit of disturbance. Would still visit again.

Well maintained place, staffs are very well mannered, very neat and clean place. We went to the restaurant first innings there.The restaurant is well decorated. They have a big parking lot. All the amenities are very good.

The food was good. Buffet priced at Rs 1199/- for 2 people and Rs 699/- for one person seems reasonable compared to the quality of food they serve. They also have vallet car parking facility. The menu consists of chicken, fish, veg and dessert items. Choice of ice cream can be increased though.

In the gate of salt lake staduim from bypass side. Good food and a big lawn with a hall. You can access wheelchair easily

I have visited the pub HEKA inside Stadel and there we hv Got unlimited drinks and food at only 1300 so enjoyed it alot...😄😄 Overall the place is good with good staff ..

Great Turf. The entry gate is the gate no. 3 of salt lake stadium, right opposite to the AMRI hospital. The Turf is good. Lighting is great. Water and bathroom facilities available. They charge 1770 per hour. U can also book for 30 mins as well. If you're a regular football player, 6-a-side is the ideal number to play here. And if you're not.. Then u gotta play 7 a side.. And also consider carrying subs.

The rooms are cozy and clean. It provides laundry services also. It is near to the hospitals like AMRI, COLUMBIA ASIA. If you are along with someone for treatment purpose you can surely stay here at pocket friendly and affordable rate. The food quality is good. They serves freshly prepared food as well as buffet in lunch and breakfast. They are also having total vegetarian section at the lawn outside. Overall its a good stay in SALTLAKE. THIS VINTAGE HOTEL ROCKS! 3 CHEERS FOR STADEL. 😊

I liked the ambience of The Stadel. It is excellent. The food I had was also good. But I didn't see any taxi near the hotel even at 9 pm.

If you have 4-5 hours in hand , then only visit this place, because to deliver your lunch, they will take all the time in the world. The less spoken about their inefficiency , the better. They just don't care whether you get your food on time or not. And the manner in which they served the dessert was appalling and rude, because in a buffet where they are serving food to the table, they should take care to bring sufficient amount and not just some one or two items. Overall the food was good, but it was a terrible experience.

We visit Rasam Restaurant frequently and thoroughly enjoy the neatly presented and tasty food, within it's hygienic environment! The Service staff are excellent and the Manager in charge, Ajijul, is very polite and attentive to his Duties

First of all went there to have buffet...the service avg...the starters where good...the main course more or less all the items where not good to be honest...and the washrooms where also not cleaned properly...kindly improve ur food quality and service @stadel..

Not happy with the decorator star events. Especially subhash. When he ignored all our calls and now at 1am came into the hotel and room asking for balance money on the day of the event. Even when payment could be done next day because everything was closed. He harassed us so much. Even tho work is adequate will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. THEY HARASSED US 2 ladies… at 1am. How is this safe? Also, hotel tied up with them… not at all professional

A month ago I was attending a reception at one of their banquet halls. Courteous staff. Decor and ambience is good. Food is great- I have been here on prior occasions also.

It is a 3 star hotel adjacent to Yuba Bharati Krirangan( Salt Lake Stadium). I personally attended a Wedding Party arranged at this hotel.I loved the place. There is enough space for at least 3 to 4 marriage party. As far as my knowledge goes the charges are reasonable for the middle class people.

Had our marriage reception here. The property's open lawn setting is quite spacious to accommodate 250 people. The staff are friendly and accommodative. The only downside to the place is the state of their rooms.The rooms were smelling moldy and washrooms were not properly maintained. Overall a decent place for hosting a small event.

I wish I could give 3.5 stars. This hotel is situated inside the stadium and does not have rooms above ground floor. Initially I was given room no 104 however the room was very dingy and did not live up to the expectation. Seems like they never did a renovation after construction. Moreover, the sliding doors for the balcony was non-openable, which is like a closed room with no sunlight. The bathroom fittings are like ancient and do not work properly. I used their public toilet which is has more horrific stories. Then I had to complaint based on which they upgraded me. Thanks to Mr Saiket who gave me a suite which has modern amenities and new bath room fittings. Its a very average type of hotel and does feel like you are staying in a modern or enhanced facility. The breakfast was not that great for example the Idlis we're like very hard. You need to order hot food like dosas or omelets to beat your hunger. Another horiffic story like I was in the bathroom and they came cleaned my room and went away. It is their duty to clean the bath room as well, but they didn't. I asked for a bath towel everyday. I guess they need to provide one everyday.

Great place. Great ambience. Food tastes really good. Arranged a table for us within few minutes despite of the huge rush on Sunday. Staffs were so generous. Manager was superb. Everything was top notch

The location is super cool. It's just on the skirts of the stadium. It's a boutique property , but i think it could be better lookwise from the inside. Service need a lot of improvement , Rooms are spacious but not beautiful. Good for a business trip stay.i won't suggest this for liesure.

Worst possible hotel ever!!! The staff are high handed with antique rules, cleanliness is a word forgotten and professionalism doesn't exist. Think twice before booking this place for an occasion.

We went for buffet(dinner). The food was not so tasty, fresh as we expected and so not worth the money spent nearly 1000 bucks per person. The spread was good with desserts but taste and quality needs improvement. The space is also not big.

We went for pre puja celebration at stadel first innings. It was a great experience. We enjoyed . food was tasty specially the starter. The hospitality was good . Sandeep Maity took care of us & they made the ocassion special by a beautiful & tasty cake . Thank u team stadel .
