would
give
negative
stars.
One
year
back
the
siti
cable
employee
approached
us
for
cable
and
wifi
services
and
promised
us
when
we
stop
the
service
at
the
return
of
the
router
and
the
hardware,
our
50%
money
will
be
refunded.
We
have
stopped
our
services
for
a
few
months
now
because
of
terrible
network
problems
and
no
help
from
the
customer
service
(no
one
even
picks
up
the
phone).
When
we
asked
then
for
our
money
return
their
answer
is
that
the
policy
has
been
changed
now
and
there
are
no
money
returns.
This
change
of
policy
was
never
communicated
to
us.
Now
it
makes
me
wonder
is
their
policy
only
in
words,
to
lure
customers,
just
to
market
a
horrible
network
and
when
the
time
comes
for
help
or
for
returns
they
are
running
away
and
no
one
stands
accountable,
not
the
company,
not
the
local
operator,
no
one.
Also
we
stopped
our
tv
connection
almost
6
months
back,
now
that
we
told
them
about
the
return
of
money,
they
are
saying
our
bill
for
Feb
is
due.
Which
it
is
not.
However
this
even
can't
be
contested
as
the
card
they
used
to
sign
(customer
and
the
operator)
on
receiving
the
monthly
bill,
that
card
system
they
have
cancelled
and
now
the
cards
are
not
there
with
them.
So
how
do
I
know
if
they
are
robbing
me
of
that
too,
lying
that
my
Feb
bill
is
due.
When
I
asked
him
can
you
produce
any
proof,
they
don't
have
any.
All
to
summarize
-
terrible
experience
with
the
network
and
with
the
employees.
