Bank Employees have become rude and argumentative. Being a private bank they are slower in operation that SBI or any other Govt. Banks. Withdrawal at SBI = 10 mins Withdrawal at Kotak = 30 mins (being a privileged customer)

Pathetic Bank & Pathetic Banking. Unnecessary charges and money deduction is the nature of this bank. One can call this bank as a legal thief. Never Ever trust Kotak Mahindra Bank Account. I wish, I could give -ve start rating.

I think SBI is better... after this visit wont crib at PSU banks. These people are rude.... customer service is negative.... they have some false sense superiority complex. Never wish to visit again.

Poor Staff Service and Lots of Fake commitments. In spite of providing all documents they are taking over 16days to open an account and they never attend client's call and give proper response. Arghyadeep Roy Chowdhury, Labanya Roy really taught me how terrible Kotak's service is.

Thx for waste my time today.....waited almost 1 hours for activate my 811 account..no response from anyone...Staffs are very rude behavior,specially cashier madam.OMG

This branch is located in GC BLOCK Saltlake, just opposite VIP Sweets outlet. Many banks are there in the vicinity. I have shifted my account to this branch over mobile app since I have relocated to Newtown. Recently I visited the branch in person for address change. The work was done in a jiffy.

The service is very good. But the bank's location is shown elsewhere on Google Maps. I had to be harassed for about an hour to go to the bank through Google Map. Please update your location on Google Maps.

Today I visited to this branch due to my banking transaction,I really happy with their service.A gentleman proactively help me to change my RMN & cheque withdrawn.The cashier maam & Sonali maam was really helpful. Thank you very much.

I have been trying to reach this Bank since lst 2days with different numbers listed for Bank in Google and no one is picking up the calls. Frustrating service.

Quick service and support from the team. However, the Google Maps address shows the branch at a different location. You may use 'VIP Sweets' as your landmark, which is just on the opposite side of the road.

Kotak Mahindra Bank Salt Lake III branch employees are helpful, they guided me properly according to my need. But i feel they should focus moro about customer need and they are lacking knowledge little about their basic products.
