The college is situated near flyover in Salt Lake. This college don't need any introduction. It's a brand in itself. It is a TIER 1 college and very popular for its placement and fee structure. To get admission in this college one should get good rank in wbjee entrance exam. The college fees is just 11K - 12K for complete BTech course which makes it more desirable. It has more than 95% state quota so for outsiders of west bengal should compete harder. But many engineering aspirants does not know about this college which makes little competition easier. This college is compared to IIT's which are big brand in the whole world for engineers. The main campus of this college is in Jadavpur itself. As compared to its fees the interior and exterior of the college is much better than other colleges. Interiors are very fine such as fully air conditioner classroom, Labs, neat and clean corridor etc.... I wish i could be a student of this college 🥲.

Jadavpur University Saltlake campus is the extension of the Jadavpur University in Jadavpur. It only has the Engineering departments and that some engineering department . The campus is Extension of the main campus yet has all the facilities over here you need not go to main purpose for the official works like financial and academic purposes.

The cricket ground is very well maintained and one of the best in west bengal. The curators do an excellent job in preparing the ground. Recently the lucknow and rcb franchisee did practice sessions before ipl playoffs.

I have been living here for a quite good time now and this is a place of absolute solitude. Anyone is going to love it. There is a CAB ground which adds to its beauty more.

Nice, peaceful campus. Only spent 2 days till now, am in IEE UG-1. This place seems more spacious and less congested unlike Jadavpur Campus, and I like it like this. Our seniors are also awesome!!

It's awesome and I have loved all the time I spent here with my friends. Student's culture is very good and professors here are very kind hearted and always willing to help their students. Seniors are very kind,intelligent and very tolerant. They tolerate our mistakes even though it is a blunder and assist us to not to make such mistakes. So ultimately JU is great.

Good collage it's second campus of Jadhavpur University good placement but average infrastructure

The campus is clean, calm, beautiful. The staffs are all very helpful. The actual bus for this place is LOHAPOLE which comes after Chingrighata while going from bidhan nagar on a bus.

Superb campus and peaceful,and for undergraduate five dept available Construction Engg dept ,IT, Instrumentation and electronic ,Power Engg dept ,and Printing technology,and several masters degree courses,there is Boys hostel and girls hostel in the campus ,you can reach through chingrighata more or beleghata bypas bus stand

Unlike the main campus, this campus is less noisy, less politically active, and is situated at a very odd location
