I would like to share one of my worst ever experience which I have been put to. I was looking for some good options for 5/2/2 aquarium. I bought this from the Aveek Mukherjee but little did i know that i was making a big mistake. This guy was hellbent on having the payment done in advance. I did it as I thought I have to pay anyways. Aquarium was delivered with scratches and cracks, delivery fees was Rs. 1500 and it started leaking(See Video attached). I approached the same guy asked him to look into this. I requested him several times to fix it but he did not pay heed. I would like to know from is this the how you treat your customers. I think the store is more concerned about the advance payment and least about the customer satisfaction. All I would like to say is guys please refrain from dealing with store. The sheer disappointment is all you are going to get.
