Very big store at the suburb area of Bienne, you can find all kind of bricolage stuff at reasonable price. Friendly stuff. Unfortunately i found it does not make too much sense, the parking is not free even you spend more than curtain amount which I have been to other Hornbach in Vaud or Valais it is free, could at least make an effort for client who spend at your shop.

Expect to waste alot of time waiting for service at the paint counter. Terrible service

One of the worst experience. They employ people who dont want to help. Like today we went to buy an aquarium for the first time and the person dont know anything. Why employ people who have to skills for such jobs. We are now here with an aquarium and we must google each and every step to find the solution. The man that was here was rude and unhelpful. Last weejk, we met a sweet lady which was so helpful and unfortunately she was not here today.

Good place to buy DIY stuffs for home improvement. Enough staffs around to advice or guide you through the huge warehouse. You can find absolutely anything from the sleeping room to the garden. It is just a little pity to pay for the parking everytime you visit.

Good for shopping all kind of tools and stuff for construction

Huge, friendly staff but wooden articles are rare cuz of the worldwide situation!

First impression: I felt like in an american warehouse. The sortiment is huge, you find everything here. There are toilets. The mister who cut my wood and the lady at the cashier where the MVPs of the day, so friendly and helping. Great staff. Our new go-to warehouse.

This was one of the largest hornbachs I've ever visited. I have only hornbachs in the Netherlands as a reference but according to my partner (excellent diy'er) they have anything you may need for your diy project. There's even a quite large variety of products for professional projects.

Hornbach is definitely the best place to look for goods when you are building something. Vast collection of almost anything from cheap China made to better quality products.

Horrible service for picking up your items with a Truck. Poorly signed, and the phone call keeps getting forwarded or rejected altogether.
