Ordered
online,
they
charged
me
349
EUR
and
I
have
never
received
an
item!!
After
2
weeks
the
order
is
still
'in
progress'.
They
advertise
their
products
suggesting
1-3
day
delivery
and
it
has
been
two
weeks.
They
have
contacted
me
saying
they
are
unable
to
ship
the
product
because
'they
have
issues
with
supplier',
and
yet
they
are
still
offering
the
same
product,
saying
it
is
in
stock
in
physical
stores
as
well
as
their
online
stores
and
ready
to
be
delivered
in
3
days!!
IF
IT'S
IN
STOCK
THEN
WHY
NOT
SHIP
IT
TO
ME?
All
other
communication
was
vague
e-mails,
that
weren't
answering
my
questions
regarding
the
product
delivery,
saying
they
are
not
obliged
to
ship
my
product
on
time,
and
my
purchase
in
legal
terms
was
just
"an
offer
to
buy".
If
your
online
sales
are
"just
a
suggestion"
and
not
an
agreement,
how
come
you
took
money
from
my
bank
account???
This
is
very
disappointing
and
looks
like
a
scam
to
boost
sales
and
visibility
using
Black
Friday
offers.
I
hope
to
receive
my
money
back
as
soon
as
possible.
I
wrote
an
email
asking
to
cancel
my
order
-
still
no
response.
Send
me
a
proof
of
shipment
or
cancel!
I
wish
I
have
read
other
reviews
on
trustpilot
and
here,
before
making
a
purchase
on
your
site,
because
the
reviews
are
very
accurate.
