After a long day of traveling across many states with my family (we booked 3 rooms) I was looking forward to a nice shower.. only to be absolutely disgusted.. my shower was not clean at all. There was hair all over the walls, the shower curtain had bloody boogers on it, more boogers were on the walls as well, the tub part was slimy and slippery. In my sisters room, the toilet was clogged and backed up, which she had to plunge someone elses waste... herself. Her shower also had a dirty used wash cloth in the corner of the shower. There is absolutely no excuse for ANY of this. I am furious and beyond disgusted.

My room was very clean and the housekeeping girls were very good with keeping my room clean. The lady working laundry was very nice also she gave me extra blankets. The breakfast well they really didn't have much when I went but other than that I'm happy with my stay.

Two front desk employees pretty much flat out refused to make coffee. The first one at 4am told me to wait till after 5am then the evening one agreed and gave me the nasty little packs to make in my room. The next time I'm gonna make sure my company books my month long stay elsewhere.

A little loud because it's right on the interstate but not a bother to people used to road noise. Not a lot of parking. Blankets/sheets were stained but they were clean. Pillows were odd but beds were very comfortable. Everything was well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

Super comfortable beds ,very quiet and very clean .it’s the only Comfort Inn that I had stayed that has complementary bottles I liked that 👌

Nice place and clean rooms. The only problem was that my card keys would not work. Front desk clerk had to let me into my room.

Check in experience was not friendly. Room had an odor that was unpleasant. Pool was open but pad locked which makes me think it wasn't cleaned that day. One of our group cleaned out the bugs with the un maintained net and got splinters in her hands. Carpet was stained. The AC was awesome though!!

Check in was not as pleasant as other experiences in other hotels. GSA at the front desk was not welcoming, had poor eye contact and not hospitable at all. Pool was open but kind of green.. jacuzzi was not working and exceptionally small. We were in town for a gathering. Therefore, it was a group of us and we chose this hotel for the pool and jacuzzi which was disappointing. We will seek other accommodations next time around.

Asked about luggage cart when checking in and when checking out. Told by two different employees they must be being used by other guests. Check all 3 floors none to be found. Breakfast was terrible. Juice dispenser was out of order. Food selection was not good. Ice machine on ourfloor was broken. Water coming out of shower was brown. Staff was not friendly. Romm was very nice. A/C worked great. Won’t be staying there again.

Most expensive room I stayed in on way back from California. The room was great and the staff for the most part were great. Guests not so much. Very rude. Coffee and juice machines were out of order for breakfast, the water was ok. Eggs, I believe were powdered eggs or whatever they cooked them with made them unedible. Ice machine worked great by vending machines but you had to hold your bucket as there was no tray to rest your bucket on. Anyway, I'm chalking it up as a bad day for the hotel but for what I paid it should have been better. Lastly, the hotel provides only 2 roll carts for your luggage. As a handicapped person I had to make many trips to load my luggage as the 2 carts were nowhere to be found. You might consider 4 carts as big as your hotel is.

I generally have to be wowed to give 5 stars. With that said, comfortable room with a good hearty breakfast. The only drawback would be my room was on the highway side. I only occasionally heard noise, but ... A solid 4.5!

No room cleaning if you work nightshift. Other than that was good place to stay.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and pet friendly! Almost forgot very comfortable beds. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I'm a truck driver I ran outta drive time and I needed a room for me and my helper Michelle and Ashley attended us and it was quick and easy they where awesome!!! Plus they take CLC cool 😎Thanks for y'all's help 💯💪🙏

Not fancy but clean and efficient. It served our purpose and we would stay there again if passing through. Comfortable bed and hot breakfast.

Rooms are spacious but were a little dirty. The tub was clogged so it filled up quickly while showering. Breakfast was decent and thankfully that area was clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel but just for a one night stay.

My husband and I have had an absolutely wonderful 5.5 week stay here at Comfort Inn & Suites in Big Spring. Excellent customer service, house keeping and breakfast host. Our room was always clean and tidy. The front desk clerks are kind,caring, professional, courteous and accommodating. Special thanks to Michelle, Chloe, Andrew, Renee, Ashley and Maggie whom made our stay both relaxing & comfortable after a long day’s work. This is the kind of staff any corporation would be proud to have. They all deserve a pay raise for all their effort, hard work and positivity. We had a king suite. Wonderfully comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Lots of room and fully equipped for extended stay. 4 picture glass windows and Yes, This hotel is pet friendly. We never had any issues with noise from the other rooms or the freeway. We felt safe at this property as the entrance and parking lot is very well lit. They have hot breakfast every morning, fresh fruit and fresh hot cookies in the evening. Choice Hotel is a name we trust. Excellence in hospitality. And it’s the people who make the difference. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

YELLOW WATER! In shower, faucet, and toilet water! It is DISGUSTING! When first complained, the response was that they do not know what happened, and will send someone to check the issue around 11pm. It was late so we decided to pass the service. This morning, we found out the 1st floor restroom’s water was clean, and we told the front desk again about the yellow water. She said it was caused by the city. Now, it does NOT make sense why the staff last night claimed that she did not know what caused the yellow water. It also does NOT make sense why the 1st floor restroom water is clear when we have yellow water in the room! We booked the hotel through capital travel so now we have to wait till next day to call them to report to the hotel manager.
