Hi, I am Nazrana from Najibabad. The Healer's Hospital is the best hospital in Bijnor. My father was admitted in St. Mary Hospital here but no improvement, so we took him in healers. Dr. Vikas treated him well and my father is good in health now. The staff is also good and helpful, also the floor manager (name forget). He helped us at every time we need help. The healers hospital is a gift for the district.

I am Abul farash from Nagina (bijnor) The hospital is very good. Especially Dr V Aishwarya gynecologist, Dr Gazala, floor incharge Shoaib iqbal RMO Owais Chaudhary and nursing staff (Honey sister, Ritu, Swati) are very cooperative and responsible. But the Aayushman yojna service is limited a person can take medicine for Rs 1500 only per/day.

I called the hospital tonight at 12.10 but no call was received after that my mother's treatment was going on with Dr. Neeraj Chaudhary ji, for this I also called her old clinic but there was no response from me. Due to the ill health of the mother, even after many efforts, there was no help either on phone or by ambulance. Bijnor hopes that this hospital should improve its system, the patient is cured only by the trust of Dr. If treatment is not available, then there is no point in having such a big hospital.

This hospital is of extremely poor quality. The ICU staff is extremely negligent with patients because their main concern is making money. The hospital here is of very poor quality. They don't care about the patients; they are just interested in making money. Every employee, including the nurses, is only in it for the money. Lots of medicine ordered by staff but not by doctors.Doctor is not available to the patients. please ,do not bring your family member to this hospital.

worst service ever in my life in this hospital I saw. We booked Private room here and charged accordingly but room was sharing. They don't have enough staff of doctors here and whomever are available just for the name they didn't come to see my patients even a single time. For a Dengu patient they charged Rs. 9000/day + medicine bills. Management is looting people's money. None should come in this hospital. Looterae h yaha.

Very bad experience. They give appointment. Online at 11 am and after payment timing change upto 1 pm. All staff members are there in cabin are resting .no care about patients requirement. I was there for dr Neeraj Chaudhary very bad experience worst facilities

One relative admitted for Dengue, treated very well, was billed genuinely by Dr Niraj. Overall thanks to all Hospital staff, nurses also. But a lot of room for improvement in terms of management of patient handling and billing procedures.
