Hotel buildlooks posh but in marriage season, I think it won't be wise for travellers to stay here as high music beats of marriage parties will keep you awake. Hotel is good, have stayed here multiple of times. Service is also good. However Restaurent staff need to understand that each and every customer holds equal value. if foreighner customers are there, you can not ignore the Indian customers. I waited for 45 minuts for my food to arrive and no one was giving any attention to me and my colleague despite asking multiple times. I am not sure weather we would have been treated the same way if we would have been visiting their country.

An average hotel in Bikaner. The room was fine but not very clean and properly maintained. The breakfast had limited options and the food was extremely oily. Overall okayish property. Can be avoided if any better option is available.

We were on a tour through Kesri. Our group had a hault of one day in this hotel. Rooms were ok. But the food was horrible, tasteless. There was cockroach found in veg sandwich. When asked for tea I waited for 15minutes but I didn't get tea. And off all the thing they charged me 150 for the namkeen packets which were kept in the room as complementary. Worst food and worst service. I think Kesri tour should think twice before booking this hotel. If we paying good, then we axpect a good food and good hotel. This hotel is not worth 2 star also. Service is also poor. I am totally disappointed.

We checked into the hotel for 2 nights. The room is quite adequate with all facilities. The Food in the Bistro was quite tasty. The ramp at the entrance is too steep for a wheelchair. The bathroom only has a shower. A hand shower would be helpful. A bit disappointed that the staff on duty didn't bother to welcome us with their usual drink and warm towels :( The rooms are cleaned up every day and we are provided with fresh towels.

Hotel is good , rooms are spacious and neat. It’s almost like brand new . Hotel has own restaurant. We had really very good stay for couple of days. But, it’s little away from city centre, you don’t find any restaurants near by. Good buy for penny !!
