We ordered a Big 8 and an Ultimate Savings Bucket which was sufficient for 4 people.. Taste was good ...smoky red was more tasty..it was very clean place with calm atmosphere.. Overall best place for kids, family and friends..

Good place for Chicken wings. More variety should be added. Veg has only 2 options. Other kfcs do have paneer zinger burger that would be awesome for the vegetarians like me, if they visit.

I am giving 5 star because the staff really do their best . I get my order within very short duration. Also the manager there was very polite I choose dine in from kfc app but my amount was deducted and my dine in was not confirmed. I told this to the manager he told me to pay there and send the details through which I get my refund next day...all I say is my experience was awesome there.

Very good burgers, flavour and texture were truly good, the sauce had it's subtle tang, the chicken was indeed the star of the show, fries were a disappointment (might be a bit nitpicking there), must visit for good fried chicken. (edit: could use some quality music for a better atmosphere)

Best quality of chicken you'll get here the popcorns are the best. Once they have an offer that if you don't get your order in 7 mins you'll get a chicken piece for free and they have actually given it to me. In terms of taste you'll not repent and the ambience is ok. Quiet good place to hangout with friends.

Worst taste of KFC biriyani, Tried chicken classic biriyani for two people, fried chicken was nice, but rice was worst, too spicy, KFC must learn first from Hyderabad what is biriyani rice, until then don't waste people's hard earned money.

Worst KFC ever,I ordered BIG 8,first she said it will take 7 minutes, imagine after 40-45 minutes had provide meal,if ask any of staff they said wait 2 min ,I have visited many times at KFC in different locations,but never face these types of problems,so in the end I would say I will never visit BILASPUR CG KFC in my lifetime,Only one opinion for customer - If you feeling too much hungry,my request is that it would better to go to other resturant and have meal......

The place was wonderful, food was so tasty,but there were know AC's being operated at that time,so it created a hot temperature there.

Place is inside magneto mall and remains crowded through out but you can always find a place for dine in . I don't know what is it about this particular branch but I like the chicken popcorn from here the best. You can always ask for extra spices to be added.

Hot and Crispy and chicken wings are just UNBEATABLE, totally worth the price. Some years ago KFC used to sell a rice box, they took that rice, added some spicy flavors and now reselling it as biryani for double the price. So biryani is defnitely NOT WORTH the price.

Just the line at counter is a bit irritatting. They should have 2 order counters n 1 pickup. Upstairs sitting is a bit clumsy too. Rest everything is fine. Fast service, polite staff. Just like the rest of KFCs

No organised approach for billing like in McDonalds. No scan to order from desk, everyone is crowded in the billing counter during this Covid situation. No orderly billing, or delivery! All messed up and counter is filled up against the social distancing norms as well as normal not as per the 1st in 1st out order! Never to visit again.

Great place for food, their staff work very effectively, we received our order within 5 minutes .The meat is fresh and the KFC burgers are my favourite.

I am ordered 2 double chicken roll from swiggy but instead of this I will receive classic zinger burger and Dilevery . And partner say me that the manager is angry on staff when they say about this to my delivery partner and say him. It is same rate as my order. And also, once when my friend is order 12 items from KFC he is only delivered only 1 item. So, do not take food from this KFC. This KFC is fraud. And take money from people and give anything else and after they also not give refund.

It was a nice experience overall, polite employees, food itself was really nice and the area around reception was also clean, so yeah, 5 out of 5 experience
