Worst service. They don't pick up the customer's phone, make false promises, have been rotating for 8 days for TV replacement, they are rotating from yesterday to tomorrow and have a very rude behavior, they do it as if someone has taken it for free.

Very poor service. At the time of purchase tv, sales person told that tv will be delivered and instal up to 2.00pm but Product not delivered as promised, and store person arrogantly replied not purchase from them buy another shop if delivery want timely.

Better place for getting many appliances, gadgets. But like other's, their sale's person force to buy gadget. Their management should think about it as customer do not want to be forced. Good thing is that their such attitude help in quick processing and provide almost all payment option 😜

The sale person are behind money, very poor service, doesn’t have proper knowledge about product,especially Mr.Kamlesh (some sort of managerial post person of store) is unaware and nescience,and keep informing customer that no user manual or warranty card comes with the product 😂😂 , no urgent delivery option, takes more than 2 days for delivery from Raipur to bilaspur, if item is defective it takes more efforts to get it replaced,and replacement will be denied on some silly grounds, better prefer Amazon for easy return and replacement policy.Further they will give a silly reason for having no warehouse to confuse the customers
