my expectations from a travel agency is that they help save time. travel bazaar is of course, just the opposite. anything I asked for from them needed multiple reminders. travel agent may say something on phone and won't follow through. so, I'll have to call them back again. they owed money to me and after a month, I realised that they have not transferred it to my account. again, yet another reminder was needed. I asked them to help with visa processing and didn't hear anything from them for days. they delayed booking my flight tickets, which resulted in my preferred flight getting fully booked and I had to rework my vacation plan, spending several additional hours. the list is long. in summary, if you end up spending your own time following up with a travel agent, you may simply do everything yourself. that's more peace of mind, less money to spend and better vacation experience.

This is probably the worst experience I have had with a travel agency. They are absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. Went for a short trip 2 months back and never got anything that was promised as part of the package. Despite everything being clearly laid out in the communication via emails and repeatedly clarifying over phone whether TravelBazaar would be capable enough to execute it correctly, it turned out to be otherwise. Post vacation, All the problems faced during the trip and the huge amount of money and time lost was raised with TravelBazaar but their response has been extremely lethargic and unprofessional. They do not take any responsibility if something goes wrong. There have been so many delays between every single email and the promises of coming back with the replies but it just does not happen either because the concerned person is on a long sick leave or they are taking time to process things. The last communication I received 15 days ago was that I will be getting a call but nothing ever happened. I am sick and tired of chasing them to compensate for the problems faced during the trip. Please do not use the services of this travel agency.

We recently travelled to Srilanka with them.It was executed and arranged so meticulously. They have a such wonderful experienced team.They guide you well on the destination, hotels, local sight seeing etc.End to End. We had a great holiday.Thank you team.

I have had the worst experience planning my Dubai trip with them last October. They are very unprofessional and do not respond to emails. We need to follow up on them every time through phone to get things done. Since they don't reply to email queries, and discussed over phone, at last, they come back saying they never made such promises on whatever had planned over phone. There is no coordination within their team. There was so much delay in our Visa process, we received just the day before my flight, after which I had to struggle for foreign exchange. After lot of fights and discussions, we got all the bookings done. However, after all these, the trip was organised for all the pickups and visit in Dubai.

If you be made up you mind you want to ruin ur vacation or you want to go on a vacation under tremendous stress please go here. They have no idea what they are booking my first experience was that they over charged me for a private taxi transfer for 8 hours for a beach that was a 5 min walk from my hotel and then refused to refund my amount and their excuse which was the best part was that even we do no what the local vendors book . Why on earth do u have travel company . Second experience was that they have delayed visa for several holiday s for several different locations for friends not once not twice but several times I understand visa is not really in their hands but they don even guide you properly or apply before the no of min days required

Worst Travel agent. Dont go to this travel agent and get conned. They dont even know how to fill up Visa applications. Ticket prices are too high. They play blame games and no one to answer your query. Replying to your answer: If customers knows how to fill up the visa form why will they come to you? Why are you experimentinghow to learn to fill up forms on customer?

I started using the services of Travel Bazaar when I wanted assistance in an international vacation. They have been my go to team since my trip to Maldives .. about 12 years back! Since then they have been a part of all of my vacations. The team is super helpful and responds with pretty accurate information. Today, they know what I want! All I do is give them my destination and I get to experience a wonderfully curated vacation! I would highly recommend TB for your vacation planning!
