The Rooms are Very good For Stays Here, I have some urgent work in Bilaspur, I was looking for a Decent Room. Then I Got the address for this Hotel. I checked in here, i felt good to stay here. Cleanliness 4 ⭐ Breakfast Lunch Dinner 5⭐ Room Space 4.5 ⭐

The overall experience of staying here was extremely unsatisfactory and I would never recommend this place to anyone as: 1. The owner was rude and unfriendly. Just because you are staying in a shared room, you can be asked to shift from this room to that room anyday which is highly inconvenient. 2. There was a covid patient staying in the room that was just opposite to mine and in a very close proximity. The owner did not inform anyone about the patient unless one of the hostellers told me and it had already been 7 days by then. When I confronted the owner about it, he initially agreed and then tried covering it. 3. There was no dustbin in the kitchen and when I asked for it, the owner said, “sirf aapke liye thodina dustibin rakhenge”. He was again rude and asked me to throw my leftover food in the ditch(nali) outside the hostel. Owing to the highly unfriendly and rude behavior of the owner, I left on 19th January and still had to pay for the whole month.

It was a good experience while staying in the hotel.It was a small convenient hotel to stay.

The hotel owner's behaviour was too good, I stayed there with my friend. My situation was not so matchable as they don't allow locals to stay but the owner somehow managed and hosted us. The room and basic amenities were good and the taste of tea was wonderful. Thanks for providing us with a safe & comfortable atmosphere.

This hotel deserves more than 5star..I stayed here for 3 days and behaviour of hotel staff was too good.Even owner talks with you like your friends he is so humble.. cleanliness,room service etc all Was so good..love the way they behaved... Strongly recommend

I stayed in hostel here. Room cleans everyday, attached washrooms, well lit, space enough to accommodate one person comfortably, duct cooler with timings. Inverter power back up available. Household size water purifier gives hard water. Underground parking available. Ask owner for tiffin services (Sigdi Restaurant suggested). Grocery and dairy shops nearby (Gopal Dairy suggested). Nearby- Railway station, Gol Bazar, Gandhi chowk, Tagore Chowk. Restaurants: Intercity International, Tea Max Cafe, Dawat e Dilli, Tandoori Club, Rasoi pure veg, Brewberries (cafe), China Bowl, Box Office.

Everything is very nice you are not going to be in any trouble here.. just green chit for this hotel.. just go for this..

There is parking problem coz situated in narrow streets of city, rates too high compared to other hotels in mid City

Please think twice before staying in this hostel. Facilities are fine but the owner is rude, cranky and greedy old man who is drunk most of the times. He tries his best to grab your security deposit when you leave the hostel. They never give you receipts for any payment that you make which itself makes it suspicious as you have no proof of payment made to them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMSTERS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
