It's a nice sculpture in front of the museum.

Tall Tree & The Eye is one of the outdoor installations behind the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum facing the Nervoin River. This is the work of British-Indian sculptor Anish Kapoor (2009) and is situated in a small pool just outside the museum. What you will see are 73 reflective spheres anchored around three axes and stacked up like a tower (or tree). The spheres reflect everything around them, sort of like an all seeing eye. It is an interesting work that is remarkably similar to his installation outside the Samsung Museum in Seoul and has the same reflective quality of what might be his most famous work, the Cloud Gate at Millennium Park in Chicago.

This sculpture you do not need to enter the museum to see. It can sparkle in the sunlight while surrounded by the mist rising up from the pool, sitting framed by the titanium panels of the Guggenheim.
