The games are great and it's a good plan to do as a family, but our headphones didn't work for all of us, one of us ran out of battery and one of the games was online and a Swede got involved who did everything himself and didn't The rest of us couldn't play at all. They didn't charge one of us, they are very nice. I will repeat to see if the experience improves a little.

On Tuesday we celebrated the child's birthday, a total of 16 children. They left delighted with the experience. Even though it was a large and powerful group, the people at Virtual knew how to handle them wonderfully, so that everyone will have a good memory of the birthday. Eskerrik disgusting!!!

Unique experience!! It has totally exceeded my expectations!! Super friendly and professional monitors who are also attentive to the special needs of the children. Arkaitz has won the sky. Activities for all tastes, very fun and well organized. It has been a perfect afternoon. We will definitely repeat!!

We celebrated a birthday and it was great. The kids were delighted and had a lot of fun. I loved the detail of the team sending us some photos and videos.

Carlos super nice and attentive. A group of 4 10-year-old children went and they loved it, except for my son who was the birthday boy. But because it made an impression on him. He tried other alternatives but there was no way with him. However, he returned the money for his departure without even telling me anything about it. Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hijo de 12 años el sábado y fue un éxito! Salieron súper contentos y con ganas de volver. El trato allí fenomenal.

Tuvimos una celebración familiar y fueron muy amables. Salimos todos contentísimos, desde la persona más joven a la más mayor, gratamente sorprendidos de la calidad de la nueva experiencia. Volveremos.

Hemos ido por el 10° cumple de mi hijo y se lo han pasado genial, les ha encantado la experiencia, la gente agradable. No le pongo 5 estrellas, tal y como les he comentado alli, porque creo que la comunicación entre los jugadores no está del todo lograda; y porque a una de las jugadoras se le estropeó el juego durante casi 10min. There were 2 18 year old kids today and they really enjoyed it, and they also let them switch to other games and try it out. Anyway: we will return for sure. Out of 10 without a doubt.

The children went to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. They did two activities: an escape room and another with virtual reality glasses, apart from eating sweets and more to celebrate the birthday. Everyone left delighted. We will surely repeat!
