In general the apartments are very good. The location is ideal and despite being in a quite noisy square, you couldn't hear anything inside and that was great for us since we were traveling with a 4-month-old baby. They gave us a crib for the baby so we didn't have to bring our own.

Todo genial nos hubiera gustado algún armario cerrado por el tema del polvo,colgador de ropa que ya nos han facilitado así que bien y un escurreplatos para dejarlos después de lavarlos estaría bien tambien,la nevera algo más grande estaría mejor y una tele en alguna de las habitaciones pero por lo general está perfecto.la puerta aveces la clave se bloquea y es un poco rollo tener que estar llamando pero bueno.esta en pleno centro con todo al lado y cada vez que necesitamos algo nos lo facilitan.gracias

The apartment is great, very good location. The only problem is that it was impossible for us to turn off the air conditioning and during the night it was very annoying. We would have appreciated being able to turn it off or at least the instructions to know how it works.

Lovely studio, comfortable king bed, aircon, and kitchen has everything we need - microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and even a kettle. Easy access by key code. Would definitely stay again if we return to Bilbao.

Great location next to the train, shopping street, restaurants, old town - every relevant site in the city is within walking distance. The concept of B48 works great, the apartments are top quality and all equipment you need available. The 24/7 service promptly solved an issue the one time something came up. Highly recommend and would use again.
