Excellent escape room in Bilbao, quite possibly the best in the town. Magical environment where you can try to solve the challenges that are so intelligently posed. It may not be the most difficult, but the setting it has and the attention to detail make it superb. The guys who run it, very kind and friendly. 100% recommended.

An escape room based on Alice in Wonderland with an excellent setting, it's a shame that the first contact with the room is not immersive and the boy appears in street clothes, normal, it detracts points from the experience. We don't have much experience with this type of activities so we needed help and we had obstacles, even so, I think that someone with many rooms completed could find it easy.

We loved the experience, it is decorated with great care. It was our first time in an activity of this type and we were quite lost, but the boy was attentive to giving us clues so we could move forward. Although we didn't have time to finish, we had a lot of fun. The only thing that saddens me is that once you've been there you can't go back because you already know the solutions. It is an activity for all audiences and ages, highly recommended to have a fun time.

I went with my friends to do Alice's and it was great, we had a great time, we lost some time because we didn't know how to open a door when it was already open and in the end the boy helped us, maybe that little detail would improve since we already had the key but we didn't want to push hard so as not to accidentally break something. The rest is super pretty, the decor is incredible, very detailed, very well done and curious for those of us who like to make escape rooms. The very friendly receptionist explained everything to us in detail including the types of locks and we had no problems. At the end they give you a card with your time, a great souvenir. We will do more of this company if they have it 🤗

Very fun experience, many puzzles and riddles. We had a wonderful time and we would do it again if we could forget the tour. A well-kept place with a very good atmosphere.

We were yesterday with a French family. We wanted to surprise them and we totally got it right. The game is relatively simple to translate, so they were able to follow it and actively participate. Very well set. It was short but we had a great time. The guy who helped us was super friendly and had the patience to wait for us to do the simultaneous translation. In any case, they let us enter with a cell phone and Wi-Fi in case they needed help with the translation of a text. In short, everything is great, highly recommended.

I have played many escape games and I will remember this one as one of my favorites even though we didn't escape in time. A super pretty and well decorated game, with very good challenges! I felt like I was in another world. For only 2 people the game is quite difficult, better to go with 3-4 people.
